"Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated."

"Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive."

"This place was awful. We stayed not even 12hrs mid early morning checkout. The air conditioning units were so loud we couldn't sleep. No way of making it not clunk & clatter. No one was at the desk when we checked out that early in the morning. Just a bucket on the desk to drop your key off. If you need a hotel just to sleep for 4hrs for a flight out find something else because you're not getting any sleep!!"

"While the room was clean and the front desk clerk was friendly, this hotel is in very, very serious need of an update. Things in the room were broken (a shelf was hanging off a wall, there was no bar on the toilet paper holder so the roll of paper was just sitting on the sink, there’s no drain cover in the sink) or so poorly maintained that it was quite depressing to be there. We will most definitely look for better accommodations if we are ever in that area again."
