"We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay near the downtown or ferry/seaplane port. Natalie was very welcome and accommodating. "Holy cow! This was my favorite short term rental I've stayed in on St Croix, and in all honesty, my favorite I've ever stayed in, anywhere. This place has everything you'd ever want in a Caribbean rental house: indoor and (gorgeous) outdoor dining, views from every room, a pool, a grill, full kitchen, AC, etc. The location is prime. I always prefer to stay near the North Shore on STX, and this home is just a couple minutes from Cane Bay, and pretty equally distanced from everything else I like...

"We drove all over the island did multiple excursions and ate out at the local restaurants. Had a great experience at every thing we did. I felt the kitchen allowed me to cook breakfast and at least one steak and vegetable dinner for our party of six that was top notch. I want to recommend that people come to this location Estate Little Princess Hill 13 North and enjo the palatial estate. We were "wowed" by the place. Kudos!!!"

"We were a group of 10 ladies on Spring Break. The home was just as stated and the pictures were accurate. We enjoyed our stay very much! We rented a van to get around the island and saw and enjoyed so many beautiful beaches! The beaches across the road from the house are beautiful but not accessible. "Our expectations were surpassed on every level! The house, the view, the amenities were outstanding. The best aspect by far was Leo. Before we arrived he sent us recommendations that were spot on. We ate at almost every restaurant he recommended and the boat tour he suggested was fantastic. He went above and beyond and picked up our luggage at the airport because it didn’t fit in our rental. "The house offered ample room for our family. We had a few issues upon arrival but Robin corrected them immediately. The air conditioning in one room went down and within an hour she had someone fixing it. One bed was broken and a worker came and reinforced it better than new. "Great place to stay bed was comfy and ac worked. The beach at the property was amazing and we would go for swims in the Caribbean 2-3 times a day. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and the other vacationers were all very lovely most had been coming for 10 years or more. This is our first trip. There won’t be our last."

"Miro's property is amazing. Scenic views, pool, hot tub, close to restaurants and some of the most amazing beaches, close to tide pools, and the lighthouse. He is very upfront about his dogs, which are great! The apartment was perfect for 2 of us, but there is definitely room for more. He is friendly, accommodating, and has great recommendations about things to do while visiting this beautiful island."
