This was an enchanting quiet property behind Main St. in Fredericksburg. The property was not too small, but perfect for my husband and I. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Pros: neat clean easy to find bed comfy Cons: TV remote doesn’t match one on instruction no batteries so no tv. The hot tub was set at 85 took 5 hours to get to 95 this should have been on and ready for us especially checking in at 3:00. Shower head has a leak in top sprays everywhere. And the dishes provided are limited. 2 plates 1 coffee cup. I believe if it were updated and checked over by someone other than cleaner. They would see how need tend to business. Will we rent again ? No we go to Fredericksburg to relax not shopnot go to town so we were disappointed

Quaint property in prime location for walking around downtown Fredericksburg. Parking was never a problem since the street was completely empty every time. Great neighborhood and loved the hot tub & fire place combo. Smooth & efficient checkin and check out. Will definitely check availability next time we come to town.

Toilet ran all night. Hot tub needed to be cleaned, was never told it was a duplex, hot tub cover was water logged to the point of taken two people to put it back on. We could hear the people who were in the other half of the duplex walk by and also in the duplex itself.

This was a getaway weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday and just take time to relax. The location was perfect walking distance to main street so we didn't have to deal with traffic and parking. The house was cozy and comfortable.

At first we loved it! Thought it was so charming. Awesome location…super close to Main Street but also super quite at night! Amenities were accommodating, however, rough! Beautiful bathroom, but towel racks are ripped off the walls. The vents and heat vent in the bathroom do not work. The hand soap was water, so I bought soap at Walmart. The little “toiletries,” were used... by someone else. Like lotion all over the outside of the cap. Come on y’all. We got in the hot tub each night even though it is pretty dated with an almost impossible, tattered cover. I wanted to tidy the bedroom closet clutter and buy hangers…there isn’t room/storage for clothes. Basically, we loved it and it met so many expectations. There were just a few bummers. We will always recommend it because it is that great of a place for a weekend!

The house was exactly as described and very clean! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay again. If i could change one thing it would be to have a foot Ottoman for the couch for when two people sit on it there is somewhere to put your feet but that is very minor. Also, the hot tub was a little sandy at the bottom from guests prior but nothing too terrible- the hot tub/back yard was amazing!

The house was very cute and comfortable. The location just blocks away from shops and restaurants was very convenient but being on a quiet street was a plus. We especially enjoyed the private courtyard with the hot tub and fireplace.

We enjoyed staying here. It was very close to main street and included everything we could need, including recommendations. It is cute and very relaxing. The only downfall is the cottage is spilt and there were others staying there too and you could hear them well.

Cozy one bedroom place close to Main Street, walking distance to most of town. Quite comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay. The kitchen is not set up for much cooking, so plan to eat out most meals.

This cottage was in the perfect location. We were there to visit with friends and enjoy the Christmas parade. My only complaint was that I thought it was a single dwelling, and it is actually a house that has been made into a double complex. There is another rented unit on the back side of the house. I could hear the other couple as if they were in the house with us. The part we stayed in was clean and again the perfect location.
