Had to go to office, ring the doorbell because no one was ever in, and have the key reset. Absolutely no amenities. Location was convenient. When we moved to the correct room I was asked why I didn't inform the maid staff like that was my job."

As a hotel during travel or outdoor activities of the area, it is probably a very convenient location for the area (there isn’t “much” around). "If i could give 100 stars i would. I was visiting for my son's wedding in the area. So many things to do in an area you are unfamiliar with. And crazy construction to navigate around. The staff was the kindest, most genuine down to earth people you would ever want to meet. Directing me to what's in the area and just friendly support for a crazy mother of the groom. The stay was very enjoyable amongst all the chaos. The only issue i had was i must have had to rekey our hotel key about 15...

We went inside there was no person, to talk to. Its virtually which worked out fine. They wanted a card or cash to keep on file for incidentals.
