"We absolutely loved the property and cabin. Very relaxing. The only negative part out of our entire weekend was the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. We tried the pullout bed even but it was still hard as a rock just like the upstairs one. We would love to come back but hopefully there will be a different mattress available."

"The place was perfect; exactly how it is described. There were many little extras: a crate for the furbabies, a secure fenced area for the dog, clean up bags for the dogs, coffee, filters, shampoo, toothpate, q tips, etc. It also had plenty of toilet paper towels and rags, and more. We had so much fun and plenty of room for everyone. The rental had so many games and activities that are on the property grounds for guests to use and enjoy. We would glady stay here again."

"My wife and I had an enjoyable trip. A few comments on our stay and the reason for not giving a 5 star rating. This is admittedly some of my fault. This is a pet friendly place, not being a pet owner, I should have considered that there would be remnants of pet hair. I had to vaccum the living room furniture prior to sitting on it. "The location is perfect for hiking, kayaking, biking and just being outdoors. The house itself is comfortable, roomy and accommodated 4 adults and one dog quite comfortably. The view from the patio is striking, overlooking the Betsie and lots of wildlife especially in the spring with many birds nesting including trumpeter swans. Really nice. It was our 4th time staying here and we hope to return in the fall. It is very nice indeed!"

"The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. I lost track of time on the way there and the manager reached out with the door code, so getting into the house was easy. My only complaint would be that the beds have seen better days. They are kind of squishy and sink in the middle. It was a great place to stay with an easy drive to two lighthouses and several beaches. I would stay there again."

"We rented a pontoon for the week on Tippy Dam Pond and stayed in this home with our daughter and our two dogs. The home is decorated with cabin decor and the kitchen has everything that you need. The cabin was warm in cool weather and cool when the temperatures started to climb. The washer and dryer worked very well, and we were able to pack less things from home. We were sad when it was time to go home and leave this nice home, neighborhood and recreation area."

"This property was home to our group of 8 golfers this past weekend. All of the guys really enjoyed the setting. Fishing from the dock. Paddling the kayaks on the Crystal River. Sitting around the campfire. Watching the big TV in the family room. Eating meals in the screened-in porch while overlooking the river. "Guys golf-weekend for four of us. 15 minutes from Arcadia Bluffs and 15 minutes from a grocery store, pizza place and small town. Cooked some meals in a well supplied kitchen and great Weber Grill. Local products offered like FRESH eggs, honey and sugars made/farmed from the owners across the driveway. Very nice people and pleasant to talk to the one time we did. Beds were all very comfortable very clean all around! Would recommend and come back."
