"This property is absolutely gorgeous and the apartment is charming, comfortable and very clean. The private front porch is dreamy. Lake Ann is a cute little village with a coffee shop, brewery and restaurant a short walk away. It was the perfect location for a trip up to Traverse City one day and Sleeping Bear Dunes another day. We loved this place!"

"We vacation in Frankfort every summer and have family who stay on Crystal Lake. We were very impressed with the apartment. Some observations not apparent in the listing itself: very spacious with tall ceilings, central air conditioning (yay!), both beds are comfortable and fairly new queen sized (listing indicates one is king), the kitchen has a full size drip coffee maker with a mesh basket, and the television is large with basic cable and good wifi connection. Parking and access were easy...

"Condo was lovely and VERY clean. Gorgeous view. Sunsets were breathtaking. 5-STARS Access to property is literally 80 stair-steps up. All luggage, groceries and beach gear need to be carried up 80 stairs. There is no direct access to the beach. Down 80 steps with gear and then SIGNIFICANT walking paths to beach access. There is no place to park to access beach. There is a parking lot with a shuttle to the beach but it is not offered with this rental so be prepared to walk and carry...

"Cute and comfortable space for a couple just outside of Glen Arbor. We found the bed to be comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the place very clean. Coffee and cream was provided so we did not have to look to buy it for our stay. Most enjoyable was the exquisite garden with lots of blooming flowers, birds, squirrels and even a tiny chipmunk. 😎"

"I have been coming to the homestead for years and renting this property was the best decision for my family of four! The condo was clean with new appliances, GREAT view, and the owners were easy to work with. They even allowed us to add on an additional day at the very last minute. Stonybrooks pool was warm and everything we needed. Short distance to the dunes, biking trails, lake, and restaurants. We plan to be back!"

"The location of this property was great for us. It was a quick walk to downtown and the marina where our boat was in a slip. The house had everything we needed, as far as dishes, towels, etc. We felt like it could have been cleaner. An example is the ceiling fans had about a quarter inch of dust on them, so I would say it needs a deep clean more often.
