Located in a vibrant neighborhood, guests have access to three shared outdoor pools, basketball, bocce ball, and pickleball courts, a fitness center, a grilling area, a crab shack, a dock for launching paddleboards and kayaks, and a clubhouse with a pool table. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the walking and nature trails nearby, perfect for exploring the serene surroundings.

Millville, although a smaller town, offers several attractions and activities for visitors to enjoy nearby, including Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island State Park, Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club, Bayside Resort Golf Club, Indian River Inlet (fishing), Holts Landing State Park, Delaware Seashore State Park, Salted Vines Vineyard & Winery, Fenwick Wine Cellars, and DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum.

As you step inside, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Curl up comfortably on any of the sofas in the living room and watch a fun show or movie on the smart TV with cable and streaming services. The two-way gas fireplace provides a warm and inviting ambiance. The sunroom is a tranquil space to unwind with comfy seating, a gas fireplace, and access to the small lawn offering a gas grill. Discover a bedroom with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom on the main floor along with an office/den with a working desk. Upstairs, you will find a large loft area with a smart TV and two bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Property itself was generally fine (water and ice dispenser on fridge did not work). Unfortunately we did not have access to community amenities we were promised. Vacasa was very unresponsive. Pretty frustrating.
