  • Beautiful apartment on the 1st floor with elevator. Completely renovated with new furniture and air conditioning.
    The apartment is equipped with: independent kitchen, living room with 2 double sofa beds, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom and 2 balconies

    It is located directly on the seafront of Francavilla, blue flag (a title that is attributed to the seaside resorts with the cleanest sea). The beach is of fine golden sand. Served very well by all services: bus stop under the house, supermarket, restaurants, bars, shops, lounge bars, nightclubs nearby, train station 3 Km. Luna Park for children at 100 Mt during the summer. Geographical context ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea. All the beaches are organized in elegant and well-equipped bathing establishments with restaurants specialized in fish cooking, beach umbrellas, sunbeds, and everything related to the comforts on the beach. Marina with all the amenities at 4 km, possibility to rent pleasure boats. Municipal swimming pool equipped with a fitness room on the parallel street. A few kilometers from the beautiful mountains of the Abruzzo Apennines, reachable in 30 minutes, including the Majella and Gran Sasso with peaks up to almost 3000 meters and enchanting landscapes. Numerous medieval and historical towns throughout the district.

Amazing apartment and location!

A very clean, comfortable apartment in the perfect location for the beach, dining and amenities. Also, a short drive to Pescara, Chieti, and the Trabocchi coast. The owner Giuseppe was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!!!

This was the perfect base for our family in Francavilla. Our two children (7 and 4) loved being a five minute walk from the wonderful beach. The apartment is spacious, perfectly furnished and well stocked.

Perfetto!! Voglio tornarci prestissimo!!!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo appartamento e la descrizione corrisponde alla realtà. Ma bisogna arrivare lì per apprezzare il luogo molto carino e vicino ad ogni tipo di servizio, la comodità di avere una bellissima spiaggia attraversando la strada, e la straordinaria ospitalità del signor Giuseppe e di sua moglie, i quali ci hanno consigliato i migliori ristoranti della località!! Abbiamo passato una vacanza idilliaca all'insegna del divertimento e del relax. Lo consiglio senz'altro a tutti!!! Grazie mille, spero di tornarci prestissimo!!!

Bright, comfortable, clean, convenient

Recently stayed in the Sunny apartment for two weeks with my daughter and a friend. All of us enjoyed the apartment and also the kindness of our hosts. The apartment was both quiet and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen large and outfitted with all we needed. We especially enjoyed the very convenient location. When we return to Francavilla al Mare, we plan to book with our host again. Truly was a wonderful experience from reservation through to check-out and we highly recommend.

Apartment perfect for nice beach holiday

The apartment was clean and perfekt for 2 adults with 2 teenagers. Only 150 m from the fantastic sandy beach in Frankovilla. Easy to take the bus to city centre of Pescara. The owner Guiseppe wa s very friendly and helpful. He also runs the "Mojito" bar in the aerea-a stylish modern one-with the best drinks:-) We can recommend this apartment highly regards Roald

Great place for a family!

Great apartment near the beach, restaurants and several cafés. Enough in apartment amenities to cook all your own meals if you desire. Landlords were very friendly and helpful. Great overall location. For a large family, it was perfect. We would rent it again!

Ideally located very well presented

This is our second visit here,stayed there in 2011 just found it on the Internet , ideally suited 50 metres from the beach, very relaxing property is air conditioned well presented, spotlessly clean comfortable bed.Booking is very easy, Guiseppe and his lovelly wife are magnificent hosts, they live on the property, if you don't want to see them then you won't, however if you need anything they will sort out for you. They also organised a beach umbrella, sorted out a hire car for us. They also own the best bar in Frankavilla Mojito's trendiest bar in town with also the best coffees Could not speak any higher about the place fantastic

My awesome vacation

Hello. My name is Kristina and I live in Moscow (Russia). I would like to write here about my wonderful vacation in Pescara. If someone wants to spend a quiet, intense and bright holiday, come here. Lovely clean apartments, with sea views. Spacious, clean rooms and friendly hosts who care about comfort and the comfort of all! Next - a clean sea, cozy cafes, nice people. Close to a magnificent new pedestrian bridge, a lot of cyclists and a great market with fresh vegetables and seafood. I am pleased to be back in Pescara again and spend good time ;) with love

Fantastico

Gli appartamenti sono curatissimi, puliti e forniti di tutto il necessario per una vacanza. Io, mia moglie e 3 figli siamo stati nel periodo di ferragosto nell'appartamento Sunny che è spazioso e completamente ristrutturato. Il mare è a soli pochissimi passi con una spiaggia pulitissima e lunghissima. Il proprietario è una persona gentile e discreta, sempre disponibile a fornirci itinerari e suggerimenti utili. Consiglio a tutti il soggiorno nei suoi appartamenti, non rimarrete delusi!!!

Settembre a Francavilla

Ho soggiornato per una settimana in questo splendido appartamento, completamente ristrutturato con molto buon gusto. Si accede alla spiaggia semplicemente attraversando la strada. Il mare, bandiera blu, è veramente pulitissimo. Vicino all'appartamento ci sono 2 ottimi ristoranti. Il proprietario è stato sempre molto disponibile ed altrettanto discreto. Posso consigliare a tutti un soggiorno in questa struttura.

Super Haus!!!!

Wir haben für eine Woche gebucht und es war einfach traumhaft! Das Haus ist super! Alle Wohnungen sind sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Wir haben ursprünglich eine andere Wohnung gemietet und uns vor Ort für eine andere freie entschieden. Dies war kein Problem und wir konnte problemlos umziehen. Die beiden Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich! Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt! Der Strand ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Er ist kilometerlang, sehr sauber und einfach nur wunderschön! In allem und ganzen war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great time!

The appartment was so clean and nice. The beach is not even 50 meters from the appartment. The weather was so fine we were there 4 may until 11 may. We'll love to come back to francavilla al mare and for sure that we will rent an appartment from the same proprietor he was so nice and helpful. Francavilla is quiet in this period and we'd loved that. We recommend this appartment to everyone.We had just a great time, more then we'd expected.

Just perfect

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic, super clean and big apartment which is due to its outstanding and unique location and its charming Adriatic flair definitely one of the most beautiful not only at the Abruzzo Coast but at the whole Italy coastline. On top of everything it is right next to the beach and only a few foot steps from all the shops - just perfect! We fell hopelessly in love with this magnificent place and one thing is sure - we will be back!!!
