Perfect for a family with children. They loved the bunk bed room. The condo was very clean and the AC was cold. It’s on the second floor & extremely close to the pool entrance, which is nice.

Nice but way too crowded for us

I was hoping for the same crystal blue water we had in Destin and based on reviews I booked this place but the water was not the same. We were hoping for a less crowded experience but it was the opposite. The condo was great and we loved the views. Just too busy during the day at the pools and lazy River. The beach was also pretty crowded but we made it work. If you have a large group with littles this place is great. An annual church group arrived midweek with 600+ teenagers and that was also not ideal but we made the best of it and they were only at the pools and beach during certain hours so we scheduled around that. Next year we will go back to Destin or west of there to the clear water.

Vacation

The unit was great and had everything we needed. We really appreciated having a pack and play and a high chair for our littlest one. The unit had comfy furniture and beds and was nice and clean. The resort overall seems a bit dated and need of repairs. Their was caution tape and cones blocking off some of the water features in the kids pool for the whole week, the water sprayers didn't work in the lazy river and a lot of the pool lounge chairs were moldy.

Family Vacation

Our family loved our stay at Waterscape. Check in and communication was great. The Condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. They even had a crockpot in the unit. The view of the beach was better than expected. There was also a high chair and pack and play in the unit. We love staying at Waterscape. We can not wait for our next stay!

Very Enjoyable

This condo was very clean, we slept well, showers were great, kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of towels and games. All appliances were new and suited us well. Every beach day was absolutely stunning, the kiddie pool and lazy river were additional attractions that we totally love!! We shall return!

Great place for a family with children, very family oriented

Facility was very clean, unit B205 was very clean with all appliance's in working order and appear to be fairly new. Working smart TV in every room, furniture appears in great condition (also looks new), we will be returning.

Waterscape B205

We loved our vacation to Waterscape on Okaloosa Island. The condo was just like it was pictured & described. Plenty of room for all of us & very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony was even better than I had expected. Pinkie did a great job communicating during the reservation process & check in. She also answered all the questions I had. The resort was amazing! We all enjoyed the amenities & the beautiful beach! We will definitely be back.

The room was super nice and clean! We decided to stay longer and the owners moved us to another room ! (As this room was booked already) They were great to work with during the transition! Highly recommend and we will be back!

Location was great. Loved Waterscape, had a 4 year old, 5 year old and a 23 year old with special needs. The pools, lazy river was a big hit, easy walk to the beach. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, had a beach wagon, couple beach chairs and toys that was a great addition! Would come back.

Unit is excellent! Waterscape resort not for us

We just finished a trip to this property. The unit was very clean and spacious. I read tons of reviews before I book a until, and was pleasantly surprised that the ocean view was better than I expected. The only thing we could have suggested was that the kitchen is stocked with better supplies such as a whisk, and simple cooking items. We are a group that ate in a lot, and I was constantly borrowing supplies from my family’s other unit to aid in meal prep. Overall, this until is a winner and we absolutely would recommend it. We were disappointed with waterscape as a resort overall. It was chaotic, and to get a front row beach spot, I had to arrive at the beach at 6:45 every day to wait for the attendants to drill umbrella holes in the ground. If you aren’t at the beach by 7, good luck getting ocean front. Also, with this property being on a public beach, people set us massive beach tents. Not what we were used to. To recap, if waterscape is definitely your destination, book this until. You will not be disappointed!

Lovely Unit

This was a clean unit and as described i the listing. It was nice to have beach service along with beach supplies in the unit. In the unit we had 1 roll of paper towels, 1 extra kitchen trash bag, 1 roll of toliet paper per bathroom, and no laundry detergent . No salt, pepper or meat seasoning in the cupboards and I am sure this is a result of covid. We could not locate a strainer or storage containers in the kitchen. Be prepared to spend a lot of money in the beach area as the cost is double if not triple for what you would pay at home. We went to the Dollar Tree for basic needs and then to Publix (ouch). It would be a plus if the unit had beach towels so that people flying in would not have to pack for flight. We are used to these being provided. Lovely stay. Thanks.

Vacation was Awesome.

My wife , mother in-law and myself stayed in Pinkie’s Condo. The condo had everything we could possibly need to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, the mattresses were comfortable, and the condo was beautifully decorated. Pinkie was very easy to communicate with during the entire process. We would highly recommend staying with Pinkie!!

Wonderful!

We loved this property! It was clean. Couches and all mattress were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. We were a bit confused about which building was ours from the parking garage, and were happy to find it was the building closest to the beach. Easy walk to pool and beach from unit. Pretty balcony view. We recommend and would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Nice getaway but could use some updates.

Half bath was not cleaned very well upon arrival or counter tops. Biggest complaint would be previous reviews. No locks on doors. It’s an easy fix to not have someone walk in on you showering or using the restroom. The ceramic pan and copper pan need replaced and the stove top could use replaced with a glass top to at least sit level when trying to cook with crappy pans. The picture from the website makes it look like you’re overlooking the pool which was not the case. We overlooked partial ocean and the neighboring pool. Would be nice to have a view that says your rental view instead of leading you to believe you’re on the pool. There is not much cupboard space so plan accordingly. Beach access however is awesome. Easy to get out to the beach and shower when coming back. Watch your items. I had a pair of sunglasses I sat down at the shower went to the room and realized I left them and they were gone when I got back even though they were prescription glasses they were oaklies and gone. No one bothered our shoes you leave at the stairs to go to the beach. The umbrella and 2 chairs at the beach is nice to look forward to. Be there prior to 0730 to get front row.

Great condo to stay in with an ocean view.

Very nice condominium. Clean, well maintained. The shower in the master is huge, big enough for four people if not more. Wish mine were that large. Good view of the ocean from your balcony, very peaceful. Beach is nice and clean and a very short stroll from your condo. I have no problems to report. I would say depending on how long you want to stay depends on what you need to bring. The coffee pot takes round filters, (I brought cone, but still made them work) If you have left overs; you will need to bring some kind of storage containers; you will need laundry detergent for washing clothes. Overall, we had a great time and would rent again.

Great Family Place

This is our 4th time visiting Waterscape, Place was cleaned OK, there was a 12X12 drywall whole cut right about the electrical power and it was not covered. Everything else was excellent, our family really enjoys the resort, will be back for sure next year.

Great condo
