Our Property:

Spacious 3,050 sq ft home featuring 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, designed for comfort, privacy, and entertainment.

All four generously sized bedrooms include private en suite full bathrooms and custom closets located inside each bedroom, making this home ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Located just over the Mid-Bay Bridge and approximately 4 blocks from the beach. Beach access is public and easily walkable or bikeable; drone photos in the listing provide clear context of proximity and surroundings.

The dining area includes a table with seating for 6 comfortably (up to 8 maximum).

The large, fully equipped kitchen offers bar seating for up to 6, ideal for group meals and gatherings.

A full laundry room is available with a brand-new, large washer and dryer.

Outdoor Space

The spacious backyard features a private in-ground pool with an integrated spa, surrounded by resort-style lounge chairs. A full privacy fence encloses the yard, providing a secluded and relaxing outdoor experience.

Everything was spectacular. Plenty of room for my family of ten. House was clean and had everything we needed. Luke was super responsive to all my questions. The bikes are a great thing to have being so close to the beach and shopping. The pool was perfect. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Highly recommend this property! Five-star option when making a Destin decision. The layout of the home was perfect for our family. We look forward to staying here again. Positives:*Location!!*Curb appeal.*Cleanliness *Communication/Response Time of Host. Multiple touch-points.*Ease of check-in.*Expectations & Guidelines for Guests. Loved that we knew other guests before us were being to a high standard too.*Size of Pool*House Layout*Quality A/C for Florida. Stayed exactly where we set it all week, nice and cool.*4 Bikes Provided*An arcade game.*Multiple towels provided.Areas of Improvement (Some are small details to take the home to the next level.)*Beds were not comfortable. Very hard!*Water pressure was terrible in showers. Also, downstairs master was very difficult to get in and out of the shower (very slippery).*Pool worked well for us, but needs attention with the liner, water level and overall servicing. *Very quick and loud door alarm for the pool.*Basic repairs (probably from usage all summer, we understand). Broken outlet cover, balcony door sticks - hard to open, light blulbs out, pantry door did not work and ice machine did not work well.*No golf cart provided. First time we had a house without one and had to rent our own.*No extra ice machine. Always a great perk when a property has this feature.*Very limited kitchen pots, pans and cooking items.*No grill. Destin 2025

So first the house was awesome one of the nicer houses we have stayed in plenty of room for everyone.There were a few things that we would expect with a nice house though and just want to make any future guest aware! Pictures show umbrellas around the pool however there are none and when we contacted them they said they have had issues with people putting them in the pool and/or getting broken. I will say there is Zero shade in the back yard. Umbrellas would have been very nice. Upstairs master bedroom had stained sheets we had to was them when we got thereBeds are Very firm. Not really a knock just and FYI.Downstairs bathroom toilet seat was broken Upstairs bedroom - They put the tv in guest mode and won’t let you do anything it wouldn’t connect to internet so they couldn’t watch TV in that room - didn’t contact them didn’t think it was important enough Kitchen pantry door was broken couldn’t use at allOverall we loved the house but with renting a house like this we expect the small things to be right as well as some of the nice amenities like umbrellas and things.

Actual Nicer Than Pictures

Three generations stay, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was enough sleeping, eating, and interacting room for the nine of us. The only concern I had was, that the door to the air condition system needed to be cleaned. Have allergy problems.

Beautiful house

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful house. Just a short walk to the beach and a quick ride to any store you could need on vacation. The interior of the house is stunning, light and airy and well equipped. The pool and bikes were an added bonus. Will definitely be back!

Good Rental but you should know these things…

We’ve vacationed in this area for many years. The home is in a great location and was easy to get to the beach. We were there in the off season, so parking was easy but if you had a wagon and children who can walk a few blocks you could easily walk to the beach. The house is definitely prepared for an infant/toddler with a pack n play in the closet and the high chair. You should be aware that the house has an alarm on the two back doors. This is great with a baby, but would be annoying if you didn’t need it. I’m not sure it can be turned off. There were a few other misses that I wanted to note so if you go you are properly prepared. There is no grill so keep that in mind when preparing a grocery list. There are no extra blankets, sheets, or anything to help add warmth to the bed. So if you tend to get cold bring a blanket. There were no sheets on the trundle and this could have been an oversight since we didn’t necessarily need them. There are a few games, but there were no beach toys or chairs to borrow. We purchased 6 chairs and toys and left them to be used, however, there is really no place to store them so I’m not sure they will be left out. There are no towels or dishcloths in the kitchen, so again, bring your own. These were a few things that I think could have been handled by the owners that would leave the customers with a much better attitude towards the rental. The bikes were great & the neighborhood is beautiful.

This home is beautiful! Arriving the day after a major hurricane hit Florida we expected a dirty pool and anticipated limbs/debris. We were surprised to find a perfect beautiful pool and landscape. We were highly impressed with the cleanliness, location, and comfortability. We will be back. ☺️

Overall great house and very spacious. Wish there was a barbecue pit. Loved the arcade game, wish there were more board games! Loved how every room had its own bathroom! Great stay would rent this out again in the future!

Summer Beach Trip.

Big spacious house great for a friend’s get away. Great location to shopping and great restaurants in the area. Having a large house with a pool was great on days we didn’t go to the beach. The only disclaimer is that the beach access that is listed on the booking is an entrance for private beaches and you have to go to the public beach farther down the road and they are significantly smaller and busier. Other than that, we would book again!

Amazing place to stay for a family vacation in Florida!!

We are a large family of 7. We have kids ranging from 19 years old all the way down to 6. Every single one of our kids loved this house. It offered everything family needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. We were able to easily walk down to the beach from the house. It is located near several restaurants, shopping etc. You honestly do not have to go far to get anything you need! Luke was SO helpful and responsive if we needed anything, but honestly we had NO complaints the entire week! House was clean and just as described, I would highly recommend this property for families as well as friend /couple groups! We will stay here again!! Thanks again for everything!!

Family Getaway

Our family of 10, really enjoyed this property, especially the pool. Both the kids and adults got a lot of pool time in. The beach isn’t far, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The house was clean, and spacious enough for everyone.
