Fantastic beach location

The house is fantastic just across the road from the beach. The well stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook meals and the lift provides access to every floor.The house is well maintained and spacious. We would be happy to stay here again.

A very relaxing week

Booked this for Memorial Day weekend. In a great location near a lot of restaurants and shops. Plenty of room and seating for a large family. The private pool was the highlight of the week. Property managers were very communicative and friendly

Family Vacation

The house was great! A perfect size for a large group. Great location for beach access. We really appreciated all the extras like bicycles, beach toys, pool table. And the pool was a big hit as well. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. Owners readily answered all questions and were very helpful.

Perfect Vacation Home

This home is beautiful, and extremely comfortable with amenities galore and convenient to everything we needed. The home offers easy access to the beach, located directly across the street from the public beach entrance. It was perfect for our large group. We’ll definitely be renting this home again next year!

Wonderful House

Great place to stay. Across the street from the Gulf. Awesome pool. Nice extras like beach chairs, bikes, pool table and large well stocked kitchen. 4 couples stayed here and had more than enough room. Would highly recommend.

Incredible House and Location

This trip has been planned for a while to bring long time friends together. We couldn’t have asked for a better house. The house itself is just incredible and the location is perfect. There is access to anything you could want close by.

Amazing Home with excellent accommodations.

This home was everything the description claims. Amazing views, close to the beach, plenty of room for 17 people. The owners responded when we messaged. They allowed us an early check in and they weee friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this for any family looking for a relaxing time near the beach.

Overall, the property was good for my family. The pool needs some work. Filter system wasn't working properly and pool area could use an update and deep cleaning. The cloth blinds in the house should be replaced with easy to use blinds. Otherwise, the place was in a great location- close to everything. Great kitchen.

Perfect Family Vacation!

What a fabulous property to spend Thanksgiving, my father’s 90th birthday extravaganza and a family Iron Bowl Party!! We loved it! The Casa Tuscany was so spacious, plenty of room for a big family gathering and an amazing kitchen for the hub. The pool deck was a great place to visit, grill and relax! We look forward to booking this Casa again!!

Beautiful views and access to private beach!

The views from the decks were beautiful! The owners were super easy to get ahold of and very prompt with a response. The private beach access worked beautifully—the public beach was insanely crowded, so having access to an area with far less crowds was wonderful! We used La Dolce Vita to set our tents up each morning.

Perfectly Perfect Vacation!

The house is grand and beautiful! It has so much room for large groups and the hosts have thought of everything from laundry on multiple floors, so many modern conveniences (an elevator, refrigerators on every floor and in garage, ice makers, out door kitchen, fire pit, beautiful LED pool and hot tub, bikes, beach and pool equipment to play with, pool table, so many porches and covered decks, lots of king beds and bunks, fully stocked kitchen and tons of towels). The location is amazing and you can be laying on the beach within 5 minutes of stepping out the door. We will be booking this again and again! Perfect Beach Get-Away!

Family vacation

The place was great. A couple things I would recommend… provide trash day so during the week we could put out. The pool filtration (waterfall from hot tub) for circulation did not work towards the end of week. Also although small a few more dish towels for dishes (there were only 1).

Two For Two

We were a returning family from last summer. With some properties they begin to look “tired” or “dated” over time, but with this property it’s obvious the owners and managers want the home to be contemporary and very comfortable. As the temporary resident of this property, you will notice all passers by are a bit awe struck …. as this property is undoubtably one of the finest homes in Miramar Beach. The G Family
