  • Venga a disfrutar de la playa de la manera en que debe ser experimentada: ¡por adelantado y personal! Esta hermosa casa de vacaciones se encuentra justo en la playa, con la puerta de atrás a pocos pasos de la arena.

    Registrarse no podría ser más fácil. ¡Simplemente ingrese su código de puerta personal en la puerta principal y comenzarán sus vacaciones! Entra y siéntete relajado al instante. Primero será recibido por la habitación del primer piso con una cómoda litera con camas plegables y una cama nido doble para algunos huéspedes adicionales o kiddos, así como un balcón frente a la playa. Además, encontrará una sala de estar con un sofá cama y un televisor de pantalla plana perfecto para los niños.

    El segundo dormitorio de invitados en este nivel viene con una cama king, TV de pantalla plana y baño de visitas. En el segundo piso tenemos un plano de planta abierto que cuenta con la sala de estar principal, así como nuestra cocina completamente equipada. Bien iluminado y frente a la playa a través del balcón, este espacio es ideal para relajarse. Disfrute de la televisión de pantalla plana desde nuestro cómodo sofá después de un largo día en la playa, o cene con la familia en la mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8 personas. También hay un medio baño ubicado en el nivel principal.

    En el tercer piso es donde se encuentra la suite principal. ¡Privado y tranquilo para algunos R&R muy necesarios después de un largo día con los niños! ¡Disfrute de la cama king size, la gran televisión de pantalla plana, el baño privado y, por supuesto, la impresionante vista desde su propio balcón! El último dormitorio de invitados también se encuentra en este piso y cuenta con una cama king size, baño de visitas y TV de pantalla plana.

    Tenga en cuenta que, además de la tarifa por noche, hay una limpieza de salida de $ 285, una tarifa de exención de daños de $ 79 y una tarifa de reserva de $ 55.

    POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN: Se otorgará un reembolso completo siempre que su reserva se cancele más de 60 días antes de la fecha de llegada, menos un cargo por cancelación de $ 200. Great location for big family vacation

Great place and quiet even though it was a townhome. The pictures were very accurate and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Pompano Joe’s had great food/atmosphere and in walking distance from the townhome. The parking is very tight and some guests were double stacking the vehicles which made it hard to back out of the property. Would definitely recommend!

The house was beautiful right on the beach. No need to bring any beach chairs or toys there are plenty at the house to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. The only problem was Parking we had to pay extra to park one of our vehicles. Definitely rent a golf cart totally worth it. Easy Walking distance to a lot of stuff. Coffee, ice cream, shopping, restaurants.Over all it’s a great place to stay with family or friends

Absolutely Perfect! This was a stunning place, and very well cleaned and maintained. Everhthing from the bathrooms to the kitchen was stocked with plenry of things to make our stay easy and not stressful at all. We will definitely be back! Moomba was the perfect beachfront townhome for our family of 10. Beds were comfortable and decor was beautiful. We loved how easy our beach access was…steps to our beach. We could walk the beach to pompano joes, or to surf shops and other restaurants. We would love to come back here again.

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The house was very clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The rooms were spacious with plenty of sleeping space — the bunk bed even had three beds, and both sofas could be converted into beds as well.Judi was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. She responded to all of our questions quickly and checked in several times to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. Her hospitality truly made us feel welcome.The beach was gorgeous, and the view alone was worth every penny. We also loved the outdoor shower on the deck, plus all the beach accessories and toys that were available to use.We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Being right on Miramar Beach was everything. The kids ran straight to the water every morning, and we didn’t have to worry about parking, hauling beach gear, or any of that. The place itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Nothing fancy, just a really comfortable, easy vacation. We’d 100% come back. If you’re thinking about it, book it!

Great place to stay right on the beach!

We loved this place! The only thing that was hard, was how close the parking was with little ones and car seats. Other than that, great house.

Great Family Getaway

We loved this property. Condo is just as described and pictured in the listing. Direct beach access, very quiet neighborhood, great location to anything we needed. Property management was easily contacted and at our service to assist with early check-in, adding a date to our reservation, and any other needs. Would return!

great location, beautiful beach, loved being able to walk right onto the private beach. only down draw we didnt have hot water in the kitchen and ice machine didnt work. still had a great week.

Wonderful property

We've stayed at a few other Sandollar townhomes. The one last year was in really rough condition. Thankfully, Moomba was clean, up to date, and everything was in working condition. Any issues were minor and were resolved quickly by the property management.

We had a great stay! Parking is problematic but we made it work. The only other issue was a miscommunication on trash pick up, but I think we got that taken care of as well. Every interaction was pleasant and helpful.

Perfect location!!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Be prepared for lots of stairs, we didn’t mind them. We ranged from 3-55 and enjoyed this stay! Enough room for big parties. The only downfall for us was the washer and dryer space being really difficult to use due to lack of space. This townhouse is in a great spot with direct beach access! We will be back!

Family Vaca 2023

We had a great time and space was very good for our family and the best oart was just the small walk to the beach. Parking was stressful, so beware if you have more than 2 vehicles. Our ice maker was not working, tech came out quickly but wasnt able to fix, so we did have to buy ice. The tech was very friendly and offered to bring us ice. We enjoyed our stay.

Good place for a large family

Great location right on the beach! Three floors enable seperation and private space wheen needed. Parking is difficult as only space for two cars and not wide enough for car access. Problem with cleanleness is can was full and overflowing and smelly at front door at check in which made for a bad initial impression. Maintenance resolved right away when notified.

One negative- and it would probably keep us from rebooking at this location- PARKING. I’ve never seen parking spots this narrow. You literally could not open doors between vehicles. CRAZY tight parking. If you have 2 SUVs, or your neighbor has 2 SUVs, good luck....3 vehicles- forget about it!!!

Just ok

You have to go through the kids bedroom to get to one of the master bedrooms(not ideal). Both downstairs bedrooms have window units so you either froze or got way too hot. The washing machine lid won’t open all the way so I always had to have help getting clothes out of it and laundry is in the kids room which makes it hard to not wake them up to wash a load of towels. Parking is HORRIBLE. Proximity to the beach is absolutely perfect.

Clean, comfortable & convenient

The condo was very clean, it was close to everything we wanted or needed and we felt like it was home for a week. I loved that there were floats available for us to use. Two chairs and an umbrella coming with the condo was very nice too. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook with for the week. Every time I called for something they were quick to call back and helpful every time. Very nice staff. We would definately stay there again. It would have been nice if the ice maker had been working, but the offer of free ice delivery was very fair. The website said the Destin/FW airport was 10 minutes away, when in reality it was 40 minutes away. That should be corrected.
