Welcome to 'Kids and Grands'! Just one block to our gorgeous white beaches! This beautiful 2525 square foot, four bedroom home with community pool is nestled in the popular Crystal Beach Community, Clipper Cove, in Destin, Florida. A great place for a wonderful vacation with family and friends. Community allows 2 cars per unit.


Cool off in the community pool, located just a few houses down or stroll down to the beach and take a dip in the Gulf. Enjoy walking, jogging, skating and bicycling throughout the neighborhood with it's charming white picket fences and pastel cottage homes. Come home and relax on the covered porches and enjoy the beach breezes. Believe it or not... in the Summer, you can listen for the music of the ice cream truck! Just a three minute walk to rent bikes for the family, get a cup of fresh coffee, purchase a book at Barnes and Noble and eat a wonderful meal at Camille's Restaurant.

'Kids and Grandkids' is a fantastic, spacious home with four bedrooms and four baths.

On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining area with top of the line stainless steel appliances... a large open living area and flat screen television.

This spacious home has two beautiful master suites, both with king beds on the first floor.
The third bedroom has a queen bed.

On the second floor, you will find custom made built in bunk beds. The bottom bunk is a queen, top bunk is a twin. Both bunks have trundle beds.

This home includes a credit based on the duration of your stay for additional amenities offered by VayKGear, such as bikes, paddleboards, games and chairs. We have stayed at this property several times but each time there seems to be some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Other than that, this property is in a perfect location, in a great neighborhood and the property is perfect for a group get together!!

Great family vacation site!

We stayed with our adult children and their families. Beautiful location, walking distance to the beach, near the pool. The house worked out great for us. Neighborhood is very quiet, but close to shopping.

Destin Vacation

We enjoyed having a large home so our family could spread out. The house is located in a nice location and is an easy walk to the beach and just a few doors down from the pool. I reached out to the property manager and was responded to very quickly. We will definitely rent again.

Great family getaway.

The home was as advertised with a couple of bonuses like the chairs and umbrella on the beach and the ice maker in the kitchen! Our only complaint was the tv in the main living room. After three days it was finally fixed. Plenty of room to play family team games. I would suggest that guests rent a golf cart to haul them and all the beach items back and forth as we did. It was very clean and overall we would recommend this home for large family vacays!

The stay was great!

The property was minutes of everything we wanted to do. For 10 adults, the property was very spacious. The booking process was simple to do from time of booking until checkout. Checking in was very simple as well. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming.

Perfect location and set up

This place was absolutely perfect for us. The house itself is very nice. The porch was great for mornings and evenings. We rented a golf cart to go back and forth to the beach but honestly was not needed but it was nice to haul all of our stuff. We rented bikes and that was definitely worth it. The kitchen has an ice maker which I don’t think was advertised and so that was a pleasant surprise. Top floor was a dream for all of our kids. We were worried about parking bc we drove a 15 passenger van and our friends were bringing a car but it was enough space that prob could have fit 2 vans. Again everything was perfect and as advertised.

This property was AMAZING! Love the open floor plan. The floorplan and decor made the unit bright and comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice. The rental was very clean, great neighborhood, walking distance from the beach. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

No parking for house for 14 people, management was not helpful at all(rude) house wasn’t very clean, roaches in kitchen area, little trouble with water in kitchen, cold water knob broken in upstairs shower never came and fixed. A lot of trash in outside trash cans upon arrival we took to the road ourselves. Needs some upgrades and TLC in the home for what we paid to stay here. Plenty of room! Not worth what we paid

Perfect place.

We loved this house. It was perfect for us and our extended family. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of space. The upstairs grandkid room was AWESOME. Our kids had a ball up there. The house was very clean and we really appreciated the ice machine. The neighborhood was precious. Would love to stay here again. Highly recommend renting a golf cart. It made our trip so much more fun and easier. There’s golf cart parking right on the beach entrance.
