    The living room of this large beach unit has a 65' flat screen tv and extended Cable. Comfy living area encourages you to put your feet up and relax. At night add the touch of the fireplace for ambiance! The kitchen opens up into living area so everyone can visit while entertaining or preparing meals. Seating for 8 at dining table and kitchen bar. Well appointed kitchen has stove, cooktop, fridge, 2 sinks, stand alone ice maker, granite counters, toaster, microwave and full range of utensils.

    The first Master Suite has a king bed, private bath with tub, shower and balcony access. 55" flat screen tv, seating area and large walk in closet.

    The second Master Suite has a king bed, private bath with walk in shower and private gulf-front patio. Wall mounted flat screen tv and roomy closet. This suite can be locked off from the main living area for privacy.

    The third bedroom has 2 double beds and access to hall bath, as well as balcony access. Flat screen tv and DVD player.

    This unit is non-smoking and non-pet and the Association policy prohibits renting to anyone under the age of 25.

Perfect Mother’s Day weekend!

Mary’s condo overlooking the Gulf was the perfect setting to celebrate Mother’s Day weekend with my family. Her home is lovely and just a few quick steps from the beach!

We loved everything about this condo! The view was our absolute favorite from all of the balconies. The location was great and just an easy walk across the street to the beach. We were a little disappointed by the size of the pool but thankfully it wasn’t too busy any of the times we went! We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Miramar Beach

We so enjoyed our stay at Miramar beach. Great location, spectacular views from the condo. Enough amenities to keep all ages in our group occupied. Condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice Place to Stay

The condo was nice and spacious and had very nice amenities on sight. The beach was beautiful and the surrounding area had everything needed for a great family vacation. The property manager was always helpful and responded every time I had a question or need. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo.

We loved this condo. Our entire family went (9 people total ranging from 1yr to grandparents) and we had plenty of room! The views were beautiful. The location was perfect and we walked to dinner and shopping. Would recommend to anyone!

Home away from home

The room was beautiful and spacious. The view was on point! We loved staying there and had a great time! They had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook with so we didnt have to worry about anything. The only downfall was the air conditioning kept going out. Over all we absolutely loved the place!

Great stay at the beach

The property was in a great location. Check in was easy and great response from Mary about all things concerning the condo. We had one hiccup with the air due to maybe the storms but maintenance went around and reset everyone’s ac unit. We had a very enjoyable time.

Beautiful Views and Great Location

The unit was a great size. Every room had a view of the ocean and balcony access. We had 6 adults 2 kids around 10 and 2 under 2. It was plenty of room for us. Great communication from the owner . Would definitely recommend.

Great place to vacation

The property was very clean and organized. The host communicated everything very clearly. The view was absolutely beautiful and our stay was comfortable. We had 7 adults and 3 kids and we all had a fantastic time with plenty of room. The check in process was smooth and everyone at Surfside Resort was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was amazing, we never ran out of hot water (even with all three showers going). Would highly recommend as a quiet, relaxing place to stay. We enjoyed and would stay again.

Loved it!

This condo was very nice. It held our family comfortably, with beautiful views. The kitchen is well equipped, the bar area was great, and it even had fans in the bedrooms. (We sleep with fans.) If there is anything that could use an uplift is the pool area. Its nice but could be updated.

Great family trip

We had a great time at Mary’s condo - it was clean and the views are beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and the in-unit washer/dryer was great. The AC would turn off regularly requiring me to contact Mary and ask her to reset it. She was prompt in her replies and quick to fix the issue, but it happened 6 times.

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The views from all rooms in the condo were amazing! The floor to ceiling windows in the main living room/dinning room/kitchen area were spectacular! The condo was clean and ready for us as scheduled. The condo is decorated so well with a beach side/ocean feel! It was very helpful to have a washer and dryer inside our condo for our own personal use, especially with many trips being made to the beach. Mary was very helpful during the booking and during our stay. The Surfside resort offered many different perks such as beach side chairs and umbrellas, outdoor pools and hot tubs, basketball/tennis courts, grilling areas, onsite restaurant and beach side bar. We would definitely stay in this condo provided by Mary again!!

We were happy to find that online photos of the condo were identical to the real thing, which is often not the case. The condo was spotless and the furnishings appeared to be fairly new. Color coordination was excellent, emphasizing the airy, light feeling of the beach. Parking was never a problem and very convenient. This is the most comfortable, most well kept condo I have ever stayed at. Beautiful view of the ocean from each window!
