Gran patio con gran piscina (16'x24 '5 1/2 "de profundidad) que incluye iluminación para nadar de noche, con una bañera de hidromasaje, todo detrás de un hermoso muro de privacidad.

En el primer piso, hay una habitación king con baño privado y puertas francesas que conducen a la zona de la piscina. Directamente frente a esto hay otra habitación king con baño privado con ducha / bañera. Esta sala también tiene puertas francesas que conducen a la zona de la piscina. La última habitación en este piso es la litera que cuenta con una litera completa y una cama queen con baño privado. También hay un armario de ropa blanca, escaleras y un ascensor en este piso que llega a todos los niveles de la casa.

El segundo piso tiene una habitación king con baño privado frente al ascensor. Al final del pasillo, justo al lado de la sala de estar, hay un tocador. La sala de estar es de concepto abierto con una gran sala de estar, con una hermosa chimenea de gas directamente debajo de un televisor inteligente de 75 ". Hay puertas francesas que conducen a un balcón con vista al mar. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, que incluyen lavaplatos, microondas, refrigerador y una máquina para hacer hielo debajo del mostrador. Hay hermosas encimeras de mármol, y el comedor tiene capacidad para doce personas.

Beautiful Place—-Paradise

This was a wonderful place with lovely view of the beach. Perfect for all of us to have our space but also be together. Easy walk to the beach and short drive to Destin and other activities. I might want to make a comment that the covered boardwalk to the beach was great but once it was starting to get late evening it was very difficult to see the random steps under the roof. One of our friends fell and was pretty bruised. We quickly learned to take a flashlight with us. Just want others to take that advice.

Family Beach Getaway

Loved, loved the location!! The house was exactly as described on the site. It was perfect for a large group. We had a fee issues at first but the property manager (Roxanne) was awesome!!!! She treated us very well and made sure we had a awesome experience. We will return!! I highly recommend this property!

Spring Break

The house is laid out perfectly for a large family. The kitchen and family room are a nice size and the pool was just right for 7 adults and 5 kids. Communication with the manager was almost instant once we got there. The beach was just across the road and down a walkway. We rented chairs the week we were there and they were always set up when we got there. Nice family vacation!

AMAZING IN EVERY WAY

We have stayed at many places on the Beach but this is by far the best...none of the others even compare. Absolutely spotless when we arrived. Completely outfitted with all you need to enjoy your stay. All the rooms were awesome - king size beds each with a bathroom equipped with a large shower. Pool was awesome and added so much after a day at the beach which was right across the street. Had our own private beach which made every day very special. Roxanne was fantastic at all levels...really made our stay the best ever. Already reserved for our next vacation to Destin.

Awesome Spring Break 2023!

We had 4 families in Beach Retreat East for a senior year SB trip and it was just perfect! Plenty of space, the place was gorgeous, and with the house across the street torn down we had a perfect view of the beach and ocean! Only one issue but they came out within minutes and rectified. Everyone was so happy with the choice of place, location, and amenities. Can’t wait to come back again BR East again!

Wonderful rental

We had a wonderful time at this rental property (4 families with children between 2-11 y/o). It was clean, and the property manager was very responsive. We would stay here again, and loved the location. It was also just a quick walk across the street to the beach with a private boardwalk. Perfect!

We absolutely loved the house and the location. Just steps from the beach. Pool and hot tub were awesome. We had 3 families with kids and everyone was comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room. Beds all so comfortable and the elevator was great when brining our luggage in and out. Kitchen is stocked!! We would love to stay here again!!!

Splendid family vacation spot!

This was a special “splurge” for my extended family coming in from 3 states for a well deserved and long awaited vacation over the 4th of July week. I opted to spend more for the private bathroom w every bedroom, the pool, the location and the elevator and I was pleased on all points!! House: very clean, spacious, well appointed (nice bathrooms, comfy linens, smart TVs in every room,, sound bar, full suite of appliances - never quite mastered the operation of cool glass fireplace but it was pretty). Very well insulated re:sound - nobody was ever bothered by laundry or other people’s activities. The Elevator was a much needed and appreciated amenity for transporting bulky or heavy loads as well as for the members of our party needing accessibility enhancement. Re: accessibility, the one disappointing thing about the house was the lack of grab bars in any showers or for entering and exiting the pool. A family member who had had a stroke struggled with this. Another constructive criticism would be that the entrance to the driveway could really use a bit of lighting for safety Pool was a fantastic feature (beautiful, clean, temperature well controlled) and with the ample surrounding seating made for a great secondary gathering space for conversations. Location high points: Easy walk to the Whale’s Tail, (great beachside dining open for all meals, great bar) Beach access literally across the street (at crowded holiday times the private beach feels like such a luxury, especially when you see the public beaches with umbrellas stacked 4-6 deep!!) Convenience store 2 doors down (usually very busy but also well stocked. Fantastic beach/ocean views from balconies. Just heavenly! Hosts Roxanne and Nick were very responsive and helpful any time we needed anything. Their welcome packet was very comprehensive and covered pretty much everything we could have possibly needed to know. Would love to return again! Four star holiday experience!!

Thanksgiving getaway

Our extended family enjoyed the Thanksgiving week at this beautiful residence. The location directly across the street from the beach was ideal. The large pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids. We will definitely be back!

Beach House w/ Heated Pool/Hot Tub

This was a Beach trip during the Christmas break with two families totaling eleven. The heated pool and hot tub were important for an enjoyable stay during a winter trip. They exceeded our expectations and made the trip. We lounged on the beach most days but the water was too cold for all but a few. The house is across the street from the beach but the private access gate made it easy to get there. The house provided everything we needed during our stay and was very clean and well maintained. The house is huge as the pictures show and the elevator was a hit for the kids. Everything you need is either a walk or short drive away. The area is dense with beach houses, hotels, and condos so you will need your patience during the peak season. We would definitely rent Beach Retreat East again!

Beach Retreat Summer vacation

Great location, can walk to beach, several restaurants, and to beach supply store. We have 2 families of four and it was more than enough space. Bedroom wise, it can handle 3 families, but the living room space can be a bit tight, but the overall house and bedrooms are spacious. We would definitely go back again. You have direct beach access, and it's a maybe 100 yards to be on the beach, very manageable even if you have small children. Icemaker was very helpful, and of course the pool was as well.

Mostly good little bad

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. It is an excellent location almost new building with plenty of room for the 13 of us with ample parking in front and rear. The pool was great with clear water so that's where we spent most of our time. Kitchen set up was good with upscale appliances. Okay now for the little bad; When we got there we loaded up the fridge to we could prepare some of our meals there. That was a Saturday evening. Sunday the fridge quit working so we called and the maintenance man came out and said if would cycle like that when water get in if from cleaning. OK, so we loaded up again and it went out again. Maintenance man came out again and found a plug adapter to the wall outlet was the problem. By this time we were using ice chests to store or food. But to their credit they did fix the problem. I would stay here again as we did enjoy it.

Beautiful property and great location

My large extended family had a great time on our beach vacation. The house was perfect, pool was very nice and the location was great. Beach access was just across the street. We will definitely be back to this property.
