Stunning views of the lake with a 6-seat golf cart included! This lovely Fairways villa offers upscale furnishings and convenience to the beautiful Owner's Association swimming pool and sugar white beach! “Relaxing and peaceful” in every way describes this residence.

Our gourmet kitchen is full of light. Bright and airy is what comes to mind, with an open concept, that makes cooking a pleasure. For outdoor cooking, there is a gas grill located just off the sunroom on the deck. The dining area offers seating for six guests with additional bar seating. With cushy seating and a new flat panel television, the family room is comfortable and inviting! For more living space, there is an additional sunroom over looking the multi-level deck area. There is even a sleeper sofa for unexpected guests along with upgraded HDTV cable service and WIFI. Relax on the spacious decks out back and enjoy views of the lake! The downstairs guest bedroom features two sets of twin size bunk beds, TV, and easy access to the living area.The guest bathroom offers a walk in shower.

The Fairways is situated on the bayside of the Resort, and sits right on The Links Golf Course. With picturesque views and convenience to the beach and swimming pool, the location of this property makes it perfect! There are two swimming pools (one is seasonally heated) that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our villa. Catch and release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort. Enjoy this exceptional villa at the Fairways! NO pets allowed.

*** NOTICE REGARDING PARKING: The unit is allocated one assigned parking spot only in accordance with HOA and security regulations—no exceptions. Only one spot is guaranteed. The resort does not offer overflow parking. For additional parking, guests may use off-site paid parking at Geronimo RV Park in Miramar Beach (2.9 miles away). Please contact Geronimo RV Park directly for availability and pricing at or.


CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our Family had a wonderful Family Vacation in this House. It was like Home away from Home. The Golf Cart was also an absolute Bonus!!! Would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful Summer Fun

The house was incredibly spacious, spotless, and well-stocked. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed until we made it to the grocery store. The location couldn’t have been better—so convenient and close to everything.We also loved having the bikes and truly appreciated the kind neighbors who helped inflate the tires and shared some great local tips. The 6-seater golf cart was such a fun bonus and made exploring even more enjoyable.There was truly something for everyone, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Best vacation destination and stay

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The property managers were so easy to communicate with and really helpful. The place was clean, cute and spacious. The water was hot, we had plenty of dishes to use and the beds were comfy. It was so convenient that the kids had their own room and bathroom! I was originally skeptical about the place because it was so big, pretty, had a golf cart and was affordable, but it was exactly as pictured and was the PERFECT place! We shared the home with another family and had plenty of privacy! We loved the back deck and the quiet, clean, peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. We loved the turtles out back too! The best part of our stay was definitely the golf cart!! It was so convenient, and we were able to get everywhere we needed to, easily, with a quick, relaxing and beautiful ride. We will be back!!!

Friends Wedding.

Loved the house. Stayed there with 3 friends for a wedding. Perfect location. Friendly neighbor. Really clean and super comfortable. Everything was truly wonderful. The golf cart is such a bonus! I would have given 5 stars but there was such limited supplies. We were only there 3 nights but we had to buy salt pepper, spices, sugar, oil, and washing detergent. The directions are to leave no food so it all went to waste since we all flew in from other parts of country. But, I would highly recommend staying here we had a blast.

Great golf cart and back patio

We had a great time. The back patio was awesome-saw ducks and turtles in the pond every day. The fridge was nice and big. The only complaints are lack of storage containers and the walls in the primary bathroom need to be addressed-they have mold on them. Everything else was great!

Great unit - would stay again

This was our fifth time staying at Sandestin, and hands down this unit supplied aspects of relaxation that we weren’t expecting but were pleasantly surprised with. Can’t beat the brand new golf cart, the breakfast on the back patio, feeding the ducks and turtles, catch and release fishing, great outside grill, and clean unit. Beds were decent, sofa was a little hard but that was expected since it has a pop out bed. Only negative aspect is the neighbor is a nosey “Karen” that shares the driveway. We read about her in other reviews so we were mentally prepared.

Wonderful experience

We loved it here, first night the AC wouldn’t cool and when I called they were super friendly and had a tech out within an hour or so which was wonderful. Location was perfect and we all loved grilling and hanging out on the deck, golf cart was great going to the beach and shopping! The neighbors were so sweet and helpful! Miss it already and would definitely stay here again!

Bachelorette Weekend

The area where the Fairways is beautiful and the house is in a good location but the decor, the furniture and the plumbing was less to be desired. The front bedroom with the two twin beds are about two feet from the floor and one of the bed frames is either broken or undone. The carpet has stains and should be replaced and the toilet did not want to flush properly. The master bedroom bed frame was also either broken or undone. It may need to be replaced. The tub/shower in the master bathroom did not drain properly (real slow). We also noticed the tile floor had not been cleaned. A short time after we arrived we took our shoes off and walked around the house and within a few minutes the bottom of our feet were black from the dirtiness of the floor. At that point we wore flip flops while in the house. For the price we paid to stay at this property we could have stay in one nicer. Definitely will read the reviews more carefully and pay closer attention to the decor.
