Just a short distance from Hillcrest Park, it's an easy walk to the park for quality family time. The open living area features a spacious sofa, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and reading nook. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that seats six, and everything you need for quick and easy meal preparation. The side by side washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet off the kitchen.

The master suite includes a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private full bathroom with a large shower and two sinks. The guest bedroom features a king bed, closet, and adjacent bathroom with a large bathtub/shower combo. Enjoy more quaint views from the back patio. With central AC to keep you cool in the summer and a gas fireplace for warmth in the winter, this cottage is the perfect getaway!

Management provides a starter kit of amenities for your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one additional roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, a small bar of soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and multiple keurig brew coffee pods. Guests will need to supply or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days may have the option for mid-stay cleans. Mid-stay cleanings include changing linens, cleaning floors, bathrooms, and light surface cleaning.
