"Check in was a breeze, upon arrive they were painting the outside woodwork. This is an old motel, so I did not expect it to be so good but to my surprise it was it was very good. We got an ocean view room, and it was clean had comfortable bed. The shower is small enough for one person, the coffee pot is small makes one cup but there is a 7/11 a short distance down the road. "Our room had pretty textured walls and beautiful artwork. The furnishings were also high quality. Its a 3 minute walk to the beach, and within a few minutes drive of a mini-mart, ice cream place, and some restaurants. I couldn't figure out when checkout time was, but another guest told me 11am. Also the doors have # codes on them so you can check in without seeing anyone. But the insides of the doors don't have slide locks, so we were worried about someone being able to enter if they found out...

"They are wonderful at Mia’s Boutique. We have stayed here twice now, and absolutely love how clean it is and how friendly the staff in the office is. The air conditioning in the room is incredible!!!! If you like to sleep in a little late, you probably won’t be able to, as the cleaning people are extremely loud and the rooms are not exactly sound proof. Beyond that, the rest of the experience at Mia’s is so great that we try to look past the cleaning people being as loud as possible first...

"pet area needs to be lighted.It was totally dark except for 1 small solar light. Also the removal of pet waste was not upheld by many. Due to pet area being so dark, I had to report to the desk staff of a peeping tom. I also found that the cost of $10.95 per person for a buffet breakfast with powdered eggs and over cooked french toast was excessive."

"Tub was chipping, light bulbs burnt out and on the stand some one mented something and they never bothered to clean it. We had to sweep as soon as we got in the room. Just not because of sand. I wouldve given a higher score if we did not pay 1295.00 for 4 nights. Also we had to take out the trash and go get towels. Too boot I booked this room almost 2 months ago and every other booking agancy had the rooms for 4 has $500 less than Expedia. Which normally are very good to use. The staff was...

"Super convenient location and easy access to the beach. So nice they had extra locks on the screens so you can leave the door open even with your dog in the room and they can’t push the door open."

"It was very interesting. It’s a big house with different rooms. We all share the kitchen, living room, laundry room, pool and deck area. Overall it was pretty good. One thing that did irritated go get it brought our dog and all you can hear is another dog barking 85% of the time.!"
