Get ready for a bayside coastal stay with a striking view, overlooking both directions down the bay. Built to enhance the pleasures of island vacationing, the house has 3 distinct levels, three comfortably furnished decks, a swimming pool on the bay side with additional deck area and an extended dock. The comfortably furnished front deck offers a friendly neighborhood view, while the back wraparound deck overlooking the bay area is a very spacious gathering area. The most spectacular view is from the third-floor deck off the office/lounging room that is connected to the master suite. Of course, there is a fourth deck area surrounding the swimming pool. Here you will enjoy the pleasures of outdoor barbeque, open air gatherings, swimming, fishing off the dock, and many more memorable times.

Just off the ground-floor suite you will find a lounging and TV area, a complete bedroom with full bath and shower. The open concept living area is found on the second floor with an open kitchen and bar area, a Jenn-air refrigerator, and upgraded appliances. Off the open kitchen is the dining area and family room with yet another stunning view of the bay. This property is 1 mile from the beachfront, and minutes to the Gulf by boat. For your convenience, there is a nearby company that rents kayaks, paddleboards, and golf carts. Enjoy the island life here on Fort Myers Beach! This property is great for multi-month rentals!

Overall, there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is on the 3rd level with a king bed, 2 guest bedrooms on the main floor, one bedroom has two twin beds and the other has a king bed, the final bedroom is in the ground-floor suite with a king bed as well.

Maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

During the high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter) This unit has a dynamic pricing plan, prices may vary from day to day.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.
