Pet-friendly, great location because of the peace and quiet. And a 5 minute walk to the beach. Besides the internet going out for a day and half in my unit, everything was great because the property even credited me for the inconvenience of the internet going out due to the service provider. Overall great stay and would stay again.

Maintenance issues/Poor Communication

We arrived on a Friday and when we arrived we realized that our door did not lock. I reached out to host and although he responded promptly they were very generic responses and did not provide much information. He said he would keep me in the loop and provide updates but the only updates I received were when I reached back out. We had to lock our things in the car the first day because we did not feel comfortable leaving our valuables in an unlocked room. Saturday rolled around and I had still not heard an update so I reached back out in hopes the problem would be solved in the morning and he said they were working on it. I reached out again late morning and he said they would be there any minute…I reached back out an hour later as we were waiting for them to arrive and he said they were at Home Depot. Two hours after he said “any minute” they finally arrived. Once they arrived they did not have all the parts and had to run out again. Took over an hour for it to get fixed. We noticed when we arrived that the water pressure was poor and that it did not get hot but we just assumed that we were stuck with it like that. After we arrived back from the beach (Sunday) a maintenance man around back and was looking through the shrubbery and I guess found a burst pipe. He did not say anything to us. They shut off the water to fix it (Sunday) and did not notify us. Overall, there were just maintenance issues that we were not aware of. And poor communication on their part.

Very Nice and CLEAN

Very happy with our stay. Quiet, safe neighborhood, great proximity to the beach. The inside was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. Host was great. We would definitely stay here again.
