- Bedroom 4 has a queen bed with a 50" TV.


There is a full bathroom in the hallway as well as a cabana bath.

BATHROOMS:
All bathrooms are stocked with towels and bath mats. Hairdryer and steamer in master bathroom.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent to you on your day of arrival.

- Check-in is at 4:00pm
- Check-out is at 11:00am

TVs - all TVs are smart TVs with access to log into your favorite streaming apps. Use the Xfinity app to watch live tv.

Wifi:
- Strong wifi available throughout the home.

GARBAGE:
The city of Oakland Park removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide 2 garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. Please bring the bins back by the side of the house after garbage pick-up.

Please leave all garbage outside in bins before check-out.

PARTIES & EVENTS:
We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential, quiet neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise.

Not abiding by this rule can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fines and fees.

PARKING:
Oakland Park does not allow parking on the street or grass. Please park on the driveway. A maximum of 4 cars is allowed.
