Set on a spacious corner lot, this updated home offers crisp, modern styling and plenty of privacy, including a fully-fenced yard with plenty of trees to ensure a serene sense of seclusion.

The second and third bedrooms are fitted with queen beds. The guest bathroom includes a bathtub and shower with a wand as well.

There is a pack n play available for infants as well.

Fire up the gas grill and enjoy alfresco meals on the fenced back patio. Play cornhole with family and friends or relax in the hammock. It’s all at your disposal.


THE LOCATION

This home is a short 10-15 minute drive from Ft. Lauderdale’s pristine beaches and boutique shopping, and delicious dining on Las Olas Boulevard.

We are also near famous Wilton Dr where you can check out all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife located on the drive.

The home is only 15 Minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport and close to highway 75 for easy access to Miami or West Palm / Boca.

Paddle, snorkel, and stroll the trails at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, set between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Or you can board a water taxi and explore Ft. Lauderdale’s famous canals -- you can hop on and off the route as attractions catch your eye.
