As your host, I'll be available from 0800-2100 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that we are not a hotel

The City of Wilton Manor is a beautiful city that is completed surrounded by water, making the city an island within the greater Fort Lauderdale area.
Since the late 1990s, the Wilton Drive main street corridor has undergone an economic transformation. Formerly a sleepy street lined with small retail shops, Wilton Drive is now the city's arts and entertainment district, home to numerous restaurants, bars, shops, condos, and rental developments that have blossomed over the last decade. Many of the businesses in the arts and entertainment district are LGBT-owned and/or operated, and "The Drive" has become a local, regional, and national destination for LGBT+ tourism. In late 2018 construction began on a "Complete Streets"[14] project that will see wider sidewalks, on-street parking, buffered bike lanes, and the reduction of vehicular lanes from four to two. Construction of the roadway portion of the project is projected to be completed in late 2019, to be followed by the landscaping portion of the project.

Wilton Manors is home to several recreational facilities, the largest of which are Hagen Park, Richardson Historic Park and Nature Preserve, and Island City Park Preserve. Other Wilton Manors parks include Donn Eisele Park, Snook Creek Park, and Boat Ramp, and Colohatchee Park, a 9.3 acres (38,000 m2) recreational facility complete with a boardwalk for nature observation, a dog park, and a boat ramp for watercraft entry. In addition, there are several pocket parks throughout the city. Another major city park is Mickel Field, which was traditionally a busy hub for local baseball and softball leagues.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay, we require a $500 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay.


The space
Escape to your own oasis in this beautiful Wilton Manor home! This space comes equipped to make your stay enjoyable. There is WiFi, office space for remote work or just some private time.
There is a living room with comfortable furniture, leather sofa and a 65” Smart TV.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, a comfortable chair and a private bathroom. Full closet with shelves and hangers.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed, full closet with shelves, drawers and hangers. Third bedroom has a full size sleeper couch, full closet with shelves, drawers and hangers and an office space with desk and chair.

In the kitchen, there is plenty of counter space for eating or drinking with bar stools. Large dining table. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.

NOTE: The pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items. Also, please note that the pool is not heated.

There is central air, it is set at between 70-77.

Local attractions: the BEACH!, some of the best restaurants within minutes, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)

** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.

he home is walking distance to public transportation, uber is plentiful, and it has a City run bike and scooter rental program.

The backyard does not have TV anymore.

Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

A few things to keep in mind in case you're not familiar with South Florida in the summer. It is hot, very humid, and it rains a lot. It is not uncommon to experience thunderstorms, tropical storms, and even hurricanes. In the summer we also see an increase in insects (ants, spiders), mosquitoes, lizards, and iguanas. Two cars max. Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. Lastly, please please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we do not have anyone living on-site and we will not provide service between 10 PM-6 AM.

I book this place and didn’t check the reviews! MY BAD! One day before the check in they sent me a heads up saying the third bedroom was not available because they were fixing! By now no problem because I just needed 2 bedrooms! We got there and saw was the house on the pics and we could do the best of it. Then we slept and the next day all of everyone was bitten by bedbugs! I texted the owner and he said for I send his pics of the bedbugs! How could we send pics of the bugs on the bed? We could send our bodies bitten but me and my friends decided not to send our naked bodies to him bitten.in the last day of our stay he sent guys to fix something in the garden and I felt we lost all our privacy! I was just thinking, why send people when you have people renting you property?? Was not expecting such a disrespect! That’s what was my experience and I won’t come back

Huset och poolområdet är så mycket mindre än på bilderna. Utsidan är sliten och så även möblemanget, det är ganska vildvuxet och inte alls så fridfullt som på bilderna. Vi va tvungna att lämna huset efter ett dygn då jag har mögelallergi och fick andningssvårigheterna när jag vistades i huset. Dock fick vi vänligt bemötande av hyresvärden som förstod problemet och betalade tillbaka mestadels av pengarna för hyran.

The minor thing that was not happy for us while staying at this locations were garden snakes that limited our access to swimming pool for the whole day. Other than that, the location was amazing with accurate description of all amenities.
