In this meticulously designed & furnished loft, you will enjoy the views from any of 4 balconies- each room has its own private balcony with views stretching from Hollywood Beach to South Beach Miami. Immerse yourself in the opulence of designer fixtures & furnishings. Whole 1,400 square foot apartment complete with 2 king suites accommodating up to 6 guests with the pullout couch in the living room, this retreat is a haven of creativity. This loft features ocean, bay, and city views from every room throughout the whole apartment.
Step into elegance from the moment you open the keyless pin code copper front door! An open floor plan with ample natural light and four sets of sliders make indoor-outdoor living inviting and care-free. You will immediately be drawn to the hand-built moss wall built from a local artist and this room we feature the electronic dart board for endless hours of fun!
Unwind in the gorgeous living room with a cocktail in hand, complete with a motorcycle bar and smart TV, or, if business calls, free high-speed WIFI to stay productive in one of the king suites equipped with a desk. The other king suite features a smart TV equipped with Xfinity cable and plenty of seating for relaxing or reading. Professionally designed and decorated, the interior boasts high-end furnishings throughout. Your dream experience awaits!

The condo is located in Hollywood’s City Center in front of prestigious Arts Park Young Circle,
Enjoy restaurants and nightlife right outside the building onto Hollywood Boulevard Downtown Hollywood, where you have access to all the bars and restaurants one could ask for, all within walking distance from the building. Uber/drive 5 minutes to the famous Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk with tons of bars, restaurants , and live music! 15 min to FLL airport, and 35 min to MIA airport. 20 min to The Hard Rock Casino
Walking Distance To Restaurants, Grocery stores, Bars, Shopping, Art Galleries, and Publix or Walgreens. It is a 5 Minute Drive To The Beach/Boardwalk. With The Option Of Shuttle Ride Service All Around Downtown and the Beaches, $2 per person per ride. Enjoy a one-mile leisurely walk to the famed Hollywood Beach Boardwalk.

THE KITCHEN

This professionally designed industrial kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, Keurig K Cup coffee machine, toaster, electric tea kettle and complemented by 2 sinks. This space is both beautiful and functional. The dark granite backsplash tile walls along with industrial stainless steel cabinets add a touch of elegance to the space. Featuring everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. Pop open a bottle of wine and pour a glass in the large bulb wine glasses. The eat-in kitchen is in close proximity to the balconies, making it perfect for alfresco dining with dinnerware and glassware provided. A bar set, complimentary K-cups, coffee, tea, spices, dish soap and sponges are provided. This kitchen is an industrial urban arts feel, providing all the tools necessary to create culinary masterpieces.

THE LIVING ROOM AND BAR

Boasting sexy décor, the cozy living room features ample modern seating and a sofa. Entertainment is at its finest with a WIFI Smart TV equipped with Xfinity cable. The focal point is the motorcycle bar and an electronic dart board for playtime! Equipped with a dimmable luxurious chandelier and other accent lighting. You will be amazed at the view off the balcony day or night!

THE BATHROOMS

Boasting modern design and elegant features, The HB Speakeasy two bathrooms are tranquil retreats. The half bathroom in the master suite is designed to be ultra-modern with the city loft feel. The main bath features beautiful contemporary tiles and is complete with soaps, towels and hair dryers. You will also notice a makeup station directly outside the bathroom to prepare you to start your day or night!
