Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the front porch or in the peaceful backyard on either the comfortable patio furniture or the hammock. The home is fully stocked for your next Florida adventure. There are two Publix grocery stores nearby, and Aldi is 1.5 mi away. A 24-hour Walgreens is just around the corner.

You'll have the whole house for yourself, including five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining room. There's a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a single rollaway bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The washer and dryer are also in-unit and are in the back bedroom where the bunk bed is.

Feel free to use the fully stocked kitchen where you can make your favorite meal. The house is equipped with all the cooking essentials (pots, pans, baking sheets), plus much more. Stir up your favorite smoothie in the morning or brew coffee in a variety of ways (espresso, drip). Coffee and tea are available free of charge.

Please note that the main house consists of four bedrooms and two baths, with one more bedroom/bath combo having separate access right off the front door - this space is equipped to be standalone but it's a couple of steps off the front door of the house.
