Summary

Bayamo-Casita is one of 7 units in the cluster. The owners of Casita Bayamo understand how much your pet is part of your family and are happy to invite him or her along. (Please advise if you will be bringing your pet as there is an additional fee.) Just across the street is a wonderful neighborhood park, the perfect spot to let both you and your pup get your exercise and have some fun! Here, you'll find well-manicured greenery and a winding walking trail throughout the park. Be sure to take advantage of the covered pavilion and several exercise stations.

For your convenience, the front door is outfitted with a Smart Lock. With your own private code, open it up and you'll find yourself in a cheerful and modern home.

The living area offers a cozy sofa that converts to a single sleep sofa, as well as tranquil, welcoming decor. It's easy to see yourself relaxing here with a good book or your mobile device and a cold glass of your favorite beverage.

The fully-equipped kitchen has full-size stainless steel appliances and a fun orange pop of color in the backsplash. There's plenty of cabinet and counter space to store and prepare your meals and snacks.

Enjoy them all together at the square table with 4 matching chairs in coordinating colors.

The first bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and a separate seating area, perfect for a few minutes alone. Take in your favorite TV show or the latest blockbuster movie on the Smart TV.

The second bedroom offers a double bed, with two nightstands and a double closet.

The hall bath features a tub/shower and modern vanity. Bathroom toiletries are provided. The stack washer/dryer is also found here.

Best of all, getting there is free! Just hop on the electric shuttle.

For days when you'd like a change of pace from the beach, there are plenty of choices! Drop in to the Anne Kolb Nature Center, a Nature reserve with walking & paddling trails through mangroves, an aquarium and an observation tower.

The ArtsPark at Young Circle is a 10-acre park, featuring an amphitheater, playground, and arts pavilion.

For an exciting evening out, try the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and see if Lady Luck smiles on you!

Some of our favorite restaurants in Hollywood are Drastix on Tyler St. for healthy Asian fare, CLASS Soiree Steakhouse on N. 20th Ave. for traditional steak and seafood, Auraw on N. 30th Rd. for vegan options, and Sardelli's on Van Buren St. for classic Italian.

In Hollywood, you'll yourself conveniently located halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to both exciting cities. Either airport is equally distant.

🔹 Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
🔹 The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.

We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.

If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee, per pet. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.

If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.

Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.

The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

This property is also equipped with NoiseAware. Simply put, NoiseAware is like a smoke detector for noise. Sensors track the decibel levels at your property and evaluate other risk factors. If we find noise level exceeds a certain threshold, you will receive a text message or email requesting that you reduce the noise level.

Pest Control:
Please note we have rigorous pest control on all of our properties. Due to the beautiful tropical climate Florida has, it sometimes brings bugs. To find some is not uncommon and is something every south Florida home deals with. If you see a large amount any of our native “friends”, please take a picture or give us a call

Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items. ​​​​​​​

Surgery recovery

My husband and I stayed here after I had a small procedure done at a local hospital in the area. We live about an hour away and felt it would be better to stay local for a few days. The place was well stocked, very clean with easy parking. Check in process was a breeze and I would highly recommend . Close to shopping and some great restaurants.

A worry free stay in a great location

This property was really nice. It was just how it looked in the listing. It was central to everywhere we wanted to go, very clean and very quiet. The patio out back got a lot of use for morning coffee and evening relaxing. Walking distance to Hollywood Blvd. restaurants so you don't have to worry about parking or having a drink with dinner.The Host was quite easy to reach and quickly responded with any queries.

Family vacation

What a great experience! The rental was clean and spacious, we each had a TV and climate control. There was a washer and dryer in unit. The host provided laundry detergent and so much soap/shampoo/conditioner! They even had a welcome beverage on the table. Overall, great location, easy parking, super responsive host giving multiple communications with instructions, check lists, and ensuring a great stay. Would definitely recommend this rental and host!

Stayed here from March 19-25 this place is awesome right on the beach We also stayed last year in March the owner Robert Lecter awesome all his staff great people anything you need very accommodating The pool the hot tub with the interiors and also like the fact that it’s away from the loudness of the boardwalk but yet on the boardwalk north we will be coming back in August thank you again Robert,Joann, Joi, See you guys again soon. You will really need to make up an excuse to leave. From the pool to the jazucci to the ocean literally across the street, this property has everything you need and more. We found ourselves grilling by the pool and just enjoying the company. We can’t wait to go back.

Stunning house and perfect location!

Had such an amazing vacation with friends in the Ocean Dream House! Each couple had their own beautifully appointed bedroom (huge TV's!) with private bath. We did venture out into town a few times. Walking distance to Jimbos Sandbar and the Quarterdeck Restaurant on Dania Beach (Ahhhmazing sushi!). However, everything we needed was right there in the house! Lots of space! Our favorite was the whole house sound system, private pool, hot tub, and fire pit. They provided for everything: beach towels, bath towels, and they even had lots of ice waiting for us to use in our beverages! They thought of everything! Property management is very responsive - all questions were answered in timely manner. Overall, we absolutely loved our vacation here and would definitely come back again!

Beautiful home all decked out for a fun weekend

This is a well maintained and modern home with all the amenities to make it fun and enjoyable to stay the weekend. My favorite parts were the hot tub, kitchen, bathroom in every bedroom and sound system. The one unfortunate part is there is no cell phone reception inside the house, but when you're on vacation I guess it forces you to get away.

Bachelorette Party had the time of our lives!

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette party and it was perfect! Only 40 mins to south beach and so close to many restaurants in Hollywood! The house was even more then I expected each room had its own full bath and two had their own balconies! Definitely recommend staying here and Joi was super helpful & just a phone call away.

Do yourself a favor and stay here! Pictures do not do this house any justice! I rented this house to celebrate a "big" birthday with four of my closest girlfriends. It was absolutely perfect. If you're looking for the south Florida feel but want to be away from the crowds and experience living in the lap of luxury, this is the place for you. It was like having our own personal beachfront resort. The deck area is literally A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!! The house was immaculate, thoughtfully and creatively designed. Every room was decorated perfectly with comfortable beds, linens and the most gorgeous views from every room. The master suite and bathroom is to die for. Everyone I worked with was wonderful, especially Joi. He answered all my questions and was there to help us, and even helped me pull off a surprise reveal with my friends. We didn't want to leave. Already making plans to return!

Very beautiful home on the beach, dream family vacation.

This home is a dream, it is situated on the beach, the views are great and the rea is quiet and has a lot of things to do, you can walk, bike, swim, or just watch the sea. The home is new and very well maintained, on check in all was fast and Joi ( the home administrator) is very nice and all he wants is that you have a great time, he is on call practically 24/7. We were there in family and the home was very confortable, it has 4 very nice rooms everybody in my family loved the room they got, each room has its own bathroom and it comes with all the nice toiletries of good hotels. The kitchen and dining are are well stocked with all the things that anyone needs. The living room is also very confortable. The home has a killer entertainment system that you control from a touchpad, it has directv in all the tv's on the house and all rooms have it's own tv. The pool deck is also very confortable, it has a pool and a whirlpool, plus a very nice grill. We has a very good time not a single problem. We are planning to going back to this home in the future.
