Welcome home! This corner unit townhome is located in the heart of Fort Collins. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, CSU, public bus, botanic gardens, outdoor amphitheater, a farmers market and more. You are also minutes drive to downtown Fort Collins and the Colorado outdoors.

This two story townhome features lots of natural light, galley kitchen, gas stove, modern furnishings, one car attached garage, private patio area and two master bedrooms each with their own bathrooms.

A Great Long Term Stay

Thanks for taking such great care of us. Whenever we needed anything Zhibo got back to us right away. This was the perfect place for our six week stay to explore moving to Fort Collins.

We love staying here. Close to trails, cafes and a lovely private patio. We were able to visit several small towns a few miles away and walked many beautiful trails! An excellent stay!

Excellent townhouse close to everything.

We could not be happier with the property, location and condition of the townhouse. We rented it for 38 days. The weather was great and the bike trails we great. Took 4 days and went to Yellowstone and Great Teton National parks. The only thing we wish it had was a gas grill.

Location location!

From start to finish, this place fit us perfectly! Tastefully decorated and had all of the basics we needed! This location is great! We rode our bikes to our grandsons school and house! We rode our bikes to tha Foothills mall and to CSU! We enjoyed the many natural areas along the Horsetooth foothills and beyond, walking everyday! And the many breweries and restaurants-excellent. Will do it again!

Long-term VRBO stay

Our first experience with VRBO was excellent. Our townhouse was clean and well equipped. The location was convenient to all of Fort Collins and recreational facilities near the mountains. Our host was very pleasant and responded quickly to any questions we had. We stayed for two months and would definitely stay at this property again. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Fort Collins.

Amazing Stay. Great Property.

Great Property. We loved all the bunnies that played in the yard. Best location. We stayed here a month to look for a home in Fort Collins. It had everything we needed and more. The place was excellently stocked and everything was labeled. My husband worked from home so internet was good too. Highly recommend it. And in case you were wondering, we did find a home and managed to close on it the day before we checked out. So thanks for everything!

Awesome place!

We had the best time staying here. It was just about perfect. Everything clean and well kept. Great beds. Kitchen had everything you’d need. Nice garage parking. And a sweet private patio. Everything you want or need is within 10 minutes. Hope to return!

Review of stay

My sister and I stayed at this property for 3 months. It was great! We really enjoyed the property and the location. It was close to the fun downtown, hiking, and local breweries. The property managers were so fast to respond to any concerns we had and made the process very easy. When we arrived, everything we needed was there, from kitchen supplies to bathroom toiletries. This was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to others who are looking for a place to stay in Fort Collins!
