Finely Crafted Studio Apartment In The Heart Of Old Town

Located on stately Mountain Avenue and four blocks from College Avenue, this beautifully appointed studio apartment features an open floor plan with custom cherry cabinetry, granite, travertine and ceramic tile, queen size memory foam bed with reading lights, oversize custom-built shower with rainhead, Smart TV for your streaming devices, WiFi, and all kitchen appliances (half-fridge, microwave, cooktop, toaster oven, coffee maker and grinder) and utensils.

It's an easy walk to vibrant Old Town restaurants, bars, craft breweries, specialty shops, farmers' markets and bus transportation. We are less than a mile to CSU, Poudre River, New Belgium Brewery, Lyric Cinema Cafe, Fort Collins Discovery Museum, and Lincoln Center for Performing Arts. Your accommodations include shared laundry room access with ironing board and iron, clothes closet, and under-bed space for stashing all that outdoor gear! There's an outdoor patio with privacy wall, ample seating, and table on a huge backyard lot. Cruiser bikes and combo lock are available upon request when booking for exploring this bike-friendly city. Landscaping and outdoor upgrades are in progress.

This studio apartment is exactly as advertised. Comfortable, clean, and tiny. The only negative is that you will hear everything. The neighbor's dogs, trains, garbage being collected, you will hear it all. However, that's life in Old Town!The positives of this apartment are numerous. Walking distance to Old Town's downtown, easy parking, and a very friendly host. He will even provide you with bikes if you'd like to ride around the neighborhood. And what a beautiful neighborhood it is!If you are looking for a place to stay in Old Town Fort Collins, don't mind being in a small space, and are used to the noises of suburban living, I highly recommend staying here. It was the perfect introduction to the area.

A great spot for a short stay

We were in town to go to a concert at Mishawaka Amphitheater. The location of this unit was ideal. It was walkable to Old Town where you could eat, shop or enjoy the buskers. It had a very upbeat vibe. The unit was equipped with everything you would need including the use of a washer and dryer downstairs. We will be sure to stay here again if we are in town and it is available.

Quaint studio apartment in historic district

The home is in the historic district of Fort Collins. Very quaint studio! Everything you need for a few days away from home and in walking distance to everything Fort Collins. I highly recommend. The hosts were very responsive.

Fabulous Fort Collins!

We knew that we were getting a studio space for us and our two corgis, so anticipated being somewhat cozy. However, this space felt larger than what we were anticipating and it was well appointed with some interesting repurposing of some building materials and a spacious shower and good sized bathroom and very comfortable bed. The patio area was wonderful and we enjoyed that the back yard was fenced in, just in case one of our fury friends slipped out. We were close enough to College Ave amenities for walking but far enough away to be in a calm and quiet neighborhood. It was a delightful place to say and we had a wonderful experience. We will think of this space first when we next consider a visit to Fort Collins!!!

Lovely little studio for 1-2 adults

I was pleased with my stay; very close to old downtown Fort Collins. Tastefully decorated, very clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with ample parking on street. Entrance is around back of home with a patio set where I could sit and enjoy the weather and birds. I would recommend this property.
