"The room had been updated and was fine. We paid extra for the lake view, so had a nice balcony view of the lake. But, there was a disgustingly bright light over the balcony that couldn't be turned off, so we couldn't sit out after dark and enjoy the view. That ruined it for me. Oh and the mattress ..."
