Charming Resort in the Heart of Bemus Village on CHQ Lake

Beautiful and spacious 2,800 sqft home in the heart of quaint Bemus Point Village is just a one block stroll to the lake and seasonal activities. What will you enjoy during your stay?

The recently updated redesign of our 1904 home makes for a spectacular vacation experience for guests of all ages. Relax in our fully stocked gourmet kitchen, spacious dining/living room and common area with school/workstation, 1 master (king) and 4 spacious (queen) bedrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, with central air for the 4 upstairs bedrooms and 2 window AC units on the first floor. Enjoy the outdoors on two covered porches and a new patio, or take a stroll through Bemus Point Village to enjoy dining and shopping. The peaceful Chautauqua Lake and Bemus Point Golf Club & Tap House are only a block walk away. The Chautauqua Institution for programs, classes and community events, is a short drive (approx. 7 miles) away. Other activities: boating, fishing (2 blocks from boat landing), biking, picnicking, hiking and swimming in nearby beautiful Long Point State Park, live concerts and more!

This home is the perfect setting for family vacations, friends/couples getaway, reunions, weddings, showers, retreats -- truly a special property to either stay connected (via the internet) or escape to a time of pure relaxation and enjoyment.

Loved the porch and interior. Entry was a little confusing due to multiple keypads. K cup machine didn't work. Otherwise, it was a very nice and clean place

From beginning to end the stay was perfect. The location was perfect, with the house being near all of the shops and restaurants while also being quiet. The bedding being in bags on arrival was great, as it provides peace of mind that the beds are fresh. The house, especially the kitchen, was more spacious than the pictures made it look. Our family (including 3 kids under 5) will definitely stay at this house again when we inevitably return to Bemus Point.

Sisters Reunion

This is a great property in a perfect location. We enjoyed both people watching on the front porch and rocking on the side porch in comfortable chairs looking out on a large grassy area. The kitchen is large and well stocked and plenty of dining seating options. There are walkable restaurants and shops across and down the street. This home provided everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. If you are someone with mobility issues there is one downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Spaces are open and level. Secure handrails are on the stairs from the driveway to the door and on the stairs to the second floor. Bathrooms have safety handles.

Property was well maintained and in a great location. Communication was good and owners definitely care for the place. Just a few suggestions. Please let folks know what they should bring when traveling i.e., shampoo, soap, laundry detergent etc.. my lesson learn is to ask up front to better prepare. I know this unit must of had a bad experience but disabling the couch loungers made for really uncomfortable sitting in the living room. Paid a lot of should include all the amenities. Overall very satisfied with our stay, we love Bemus and will be back next year. Thanks Debra!!

This property was amazing! Plenty of space, very clean, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Bemus Point and also very close to the lake. The property has an excellent layout, wonderful side and front porches, and is kid friendly. I would highly recommend and we will be staying there again in the future!
