Welcome to Osprey at 1114 East Ashley-The ultimate surfers getaway! This upstairs portion of a duplex was recently renovated and offers a true classic Folly vibe. Osprey is the ideal location-Just steps to the beach and "The Washout" where you can find the best surfing on Folly. Downtown Folly is only a short bike ride away where you can find all of the restaurants, shops and bars on the island.

This home features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Upon entering the second level of the duplex, you will find your unit is styled with an open kitchen concept that flows into your dining and living room area. Kitchen comes fully stocked with quality cookware & utensils along with complete dinnerware to create memorable vacation style meals. The living room and dining area are complete with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allowing for natural sunlight and seamless access to the front porch. One of the couches converts to a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping space. You will also find a half bathroom on this level along with an option to access the rear side porch. The wrap around porch offers ample seating for either lounging in the sun or shade via umbrella and also a table for 4 people to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

Ascend to the stairs to the top level of this unit to find cozy two cozy bedrooms. You can unwind after a long day relaxing day on the beach in the primary bedroom's queen size bed with matching nightstands & lamps. Adjacent to the primary bedroom, you will find the guest bedroom designed to sleep up to 3 people with a double sized and single twin bed. Both rooms are equipped with clothing storage options and en-suite bathrooms with stand up showers.

Parking for up to 2 standard sized vehicles is free in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. The home has all of the modern amenities you would expect including high-speed Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, & outdoor shower & exterior gas grill Streaming services available via a smart TV in the living room.

The home is only 13 miles away from historic downtown Charleston. We do not rent to party groups and require a minimum age of 25 to rent. No smoking. Pet friendly with pet fee of $125 plus tax, per pet. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. This property is managed by a local property management company. Contact us for assistance with booking today!

Girls Beach Trip

We had a great time. The house was clean and bright. It was a short walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart to get to and from restaurants. We loved the flow of the house. *The online listing stated a king bed, however there were 2 queens and a twin.

Loved our Stay!

Super clean and comfortable stay. Patricia was so accommodating. The deck was fantastic and the beach a few steps away. The bedrooms with their own baths plus downstairs powder room were perfect for our group size. We will return.

Perfect Getaway!

This home was SO clean and lovely. The owner takes incredible care of it and I had two amazing nights' sleep while there, too. Beautiful property, and a great deck for happy hour on a beautiful night. This property is wonderful, feels like home, and I highly recommend it.

Contacted owner inquiring about a last minute stay. All communication was answered quickly and clearly. Owner took time to explain everything in detail. House was nice and well appointed. Fun and relaxing weekend in Folly!

The Osprey was a wonderful rental. Very short walk to the beach and although the downtown area was farther away it still is walkable. We enjoyed using the gift card the owners left at lowlife bar during our stay. Also close enough to Charleston to visit with our son who lives in West Ashley. House is well stocked and clean and comfortable. We would definitely like to return!

Wonderful Spring Break Week

The property sits just a easy walk away and 1 block from the Beach plus far enough from the small downtown to ensure peace and quiet in the evening. A wrap around balcony allows for indoor - outdoor time at home and offers extra space for each family member to have personal space. We brought our dog as well and it made it a perfect Spring Break Week!

Love Folly Beach!

The home was incredibly clean, comfortable and quiet location with a quick walk to the beach. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Little amenities that made the stay very special. ( champagne and gift to Low Life which has great food!) Loved the deck area and that you are pet friendly. We will be back for sure!

Great Beach Rental

We loved the space! It was perfect for the needs of two couples. It was extremely clean and well maintained. It was a quick walk to the beach and we loved how quiet that part of the beach was. Our only wish is that is was a little closer to the main drag of restaurants (It was hard to walk without sidewalks). Thank you so much for the gift to Low Life - GREAT food and drinks (seriously best avocado toast ever)! I would highly recommend this rental.
