A stunning apartment, recently renovated and furnished with taste and originality, located in the heart of the historic center, just a stone’s throw from Renaissance masterpieces and a ten-minute walk from the Central Station, on one of Florence’s most important and beautiful streets. Located on the third floor of a historic building with two elevators, the apartment is ideal for large families and groups of friends.

The Space
The rooms are very quiet because they overlook inner courtyards
and, of the three bedrooms, the one with the French-style double bed has a small terrace. All are equipped with a TV,
Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, and one of them has
a safe. The largest bedroom also has a living area with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a window and a shower stall. A second bathroom, also with a window and a shower stall, is located in the elegant hallway leading to the beautiful and functional kitchen.
The kitchen, bright and spacious, is equipped with all
appliances and can comfortably seat eight people
around the dining table, thanks to a convenient extension.

-Inside the home, you’ll find a guide with all the information about the home, appliances, recommendations for local restaurants, and emergency numbers.

- I’ll be available 24 hours a day; for any questions, you can use the Airbnb chat, or in case of an emergency, my number is posted inside the home.

-We provide a coffee machine with coffee capsules, tea, and chamomile tea.

-We provide a crib, but it must be requested in advance

-We can offer an additional cleaning service and linen change during your stay for 90 euros.

-The heating is not turned on if the outside temperature exceeds 15.

-The sofa bed is available only if the reservation is for more than 6 people

-We do not provide olive oil or vinegar.

-We do not provide a blanket for the crib

-If a guest loses the key, leaves it inside the apartment, or is unable to open the door, we can come to open the door for a fee of 50 euros, during daytime hours only.

-The price increases by 25 euros per person per night, for more than 2 guests
