The apartment is large and bright, composed of a large living room with a sofa bed, a large kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms overlook typical and quiet internal courtyards. It is an ancient apartment located on the first floor of a period building, the balcony offers the possibility to sit and enjoy the view on one of the most ancient and famous streets of Florence. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay, it is comfortable and perfectly central.
It is an ancient and charming apartment, with attention to every detail, with quiet and peaceful rooms, cool in summer and warm in winter. Each room is equipped with a fan, it is equipped with everything you need for your stay, very central and located in one of the most typical and lively districts of the city.

The property was as expected. The only issue we had was that there was listed a dryer in the apt, but were unable to either find it or if the washer was a dryer too, we couldn’t figure it out. We ended up going two blocks away to a laundromat.

The apartment is spacious for 2 people. The Host were great and replied to any email quickly. The location is perfect, we walked everywhere we went. Except to the vineyards, but we were able to walk to our meeting location. It was nice having the balcony too!

Great place

We stayed here in early May 2025 and overall it was a fantastic choice of accommodations. It was walking distance to all major attractions but not in the middle of the crowds. There were three of us in total and the two bedrooms and two baths were perfect. Communications with our host Chiara were seamless and he responded to our every question almost immediately. Getting our luggage up the one flight was a small effort but not a problem. The flat emitted a perfect classic Firenze feel - rustic and charming. It was extremely clean and sufficiently appointed. We did not cook in due to the abundance of choices of ristorante and trattorias both nearby and throughout Firenze (more later on our local favorites). The beds were comfortable and there were enough towels and linens for our five night stay. Bathrooms were tight especially the one off the back bedroom but again were not an issue. Water pressure was good for a shower. I appreciated the espresso pot for a quick cup of coffee in the morning before setting out. One piece of advice - i recommend a personal fire stick or similar and possibly a vpn internet connection for a larger choice of English language television choices. Although after exploring all day and getting in over 10k steps daily there wasn’t much time for tv at night - just enjoy the comfy beds.The small terrace off the front was a great place for a late afternoon glass of wine while watching locals and tourists pass by. A hidden gem

Chiara and Francesco were wonderful hosts. Very responsive and gave us excellent recommendations. We would stay here again in a second. Apartment was in a great neighborhood - very close to Santa Croce and a short walk to the Duomo. Everything was as described and perfect for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Awesome!

Was greeted right away and was given a tour with help with our bags, owner's husband was extremely friendly and helpful with lots of recommendations and accommodations that came with the space. It was spacious, clean, and in an amazing location in Florence. I would totally recommend staying here along with working with this host and stay again!

My sister and I were in Florence to visit my niece , who is studying there, and to explore the city.The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. It is located within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and historic sites.
