While the apartment is beautiful and extremely well situated, (basically 5-10 minutes away walking from everything), our major issue was the noise. The apartment is located between 2 busy streets and a bar is right at the bottom of the apartment. Therefore, it was very difficult to sleep due to the noise that does not stop until 3-4am every night. Also, while 2 bathrooms are listed, only one has a shower.

The apartment was not as described, we were robbed with no sign of forced entry (meaning they had access) and the host showed no concern, said we must be mistaken he did not believe it, did not enquire about the state of the premises considering we had told them our belongings had been rifled through and various drawers and furniture moved which is suspicious

Our host was very attentive. Weather was unexpectedly cold when we first arrived. Martina quickly came over and showed us how to set the heat. Heated floors were wonderful. Rooms are spacious with a well equipped kitchen and sitting area. The loft area was perfect for our 20 something to have a little time away. Very close to a couple of good restaurants and a bakery. Wine window is about 100 steps from our door. Highly recommend!

Central location convenient to everything. Perfect for my friend and i as we toured Florence. Loved having two bathrooms. Only drawback was the three flights of stairs. Host was a good communicator and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay

This apartment was amazing; clean, modern, and in a fantastic location to everything we were doing. Beds were comfortable, lots of convenient electric outlets, and a great set up for 2 adult couples (4 people total) Hosts are super communicative as well!

Cute and updated apartment close to everything. Easy commute to and from the train station with everything we needed nearby. Beds were comfortable and extra half bath was handy with five people. Kitchen was somewhat lacking - no baking pan despite the oven and one frying pan was incompatible with the induction cooktop. We found some nail clippings beside a bed and several large dust bunnies, so cleaning wasn’t super thorough. Nice to have the balcony and overall felt light and airy.

Fabulous Firenze

This was our first time in Italy and we were not disappointed. This apartment was perfect for our family of 5 including 3 teens. The location was excellent, close to everything, and helped make our stay fantastic. The apartment includes a washer, hair dryer, plenty of towels, WiFi, stocked kitchen and plenty of space. We were not able to utilize the balcony as it rained during our trip. We all agree we would stay here again!

Well situated

Excellent location if arriving by train, on the edge of the ancient centre and the same side as the station. You can reach everywhere on foot in less than 15 minutes, except maybe the Boboli garden and other areas over the river. It’s comfortable and well appointed, equipment and fittings quite recent and good quality ; set in a building that forms an acute angle between two small streets, very little motor traffic but some noise from people walking outside, street cleaners etc. But you won’t find anywhere completely quiet in such a busy city. The windows are good quality double glazing. One thing worth knowing, it’s on the second floor with a narrow staircase, you need to be able to carry your luggage up. And the small bedroom is accessed via a very tight spiral stair from one of the two double rooms.

Comfortable Modern Home in the Middle of Town

Comfortable and modern home steps away from restaurants and shopping. Fabulous location! The apartment is fully remodeled. There are stairs to get into apartment and once inside apartment there is a set of narrow stairs to get upstairs to the twin bedroom. This layout worked well for us and our adult children. There is also a great balcony on the second floor. The main level has 2 queen bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There is also a nice sitting area and kitchen. The beds are very comfy. We had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Best place in Florence!!!!

Our family of 5 was very comfortable and the location was A+++. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in Florence. We are 45 year old parents from GA USA with a teenage boy, teenage girl and a 7 year old boy. We had no idea what to look for in an apartment or where to stay. We rolled the dice and hit. Very happy!!! Thank you!!!!
