O si usted decide caminar, es sólo 15 a 20 minutos agradable y fácil de caminar a lo largo del río Arno con una vista impresionante de Florencia.

    Hay espacios de estacionamiento regulado (alrededor de 14 euros por un billete de un día, y el domingo libre) en frente del edificio y el acceso a las carreteras principales están a 10 minutos en coche.

    Situado junto al río Arno (río), este espacioso apartamento ofrece una vista maravillosa de 'Parco delle Cascine ", donde la mayoría de los florentinos van todos los martes por su mercado abierto con frutas frescas y flores, artes y artesanías locales, entre otras cosas bellas.

    El apartamento está en el primer piso de un edificio de 1800. Está decorado con muy buen gusto, totalmente equipada, y todas las habitaciones son luminosas y soleado. Es muy cómodo con dos dormitorios (uno con una cama doble, una con dos camas individuales), un baño completo y un medio baño, cocina totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar una deliciosa comida toscana, sala de estar con sofá cama (duerme 6 personas cómodamente) y comedor. Una cuna y silla alta están disponibles sin costo adicional.

    Si usted está buscando para una escapada romántica o un grupo de amigos y la reunión especial de la familia, este apartamento le ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio y la calidad.

    Este es sin duda un muy típico florentino, área de punta punta no turística !! Es fácil ver la ropa que van fuera de los edificios que se seque, señoras de edad que van al mercado local con sus canastas de comestibles, y los pescadores de pacientes que tratan para la suerte por el río Arno, durante los domingos.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The 2 bedrooms had air conditioning so we were lovely and cool. Not far from Florence centre where there is lots to explore. Places to eat close by to the apartment. Had a great break.

Christina was a great host and explained in detail what how we need to do. The VRBO was very near the tram and about a 20 minute walk from the city center

We loved our stay in Florence. The apartment was exactly as advertised and exactly what we needed for our family of five. Being by the river was so lovely. The tram was easy to navigate and we were also a short walk to the historical center. The host met us at check in and showed us everything we needed. Would absolutely stay there again.

The accommodation was functional, spacious and had a great view of the river. The host's communication was great and the tram and bus stops are only 5mins walk away. We liked the charm it had. Given this is a vintage apartment, its not soundproof and you could hear every noise from outside. You can listen to every step when someone walks in the stairs outside and the vehicle noise on the road. Unfortunately for us the council vehicles decided to clean the roads at 3am on the first night of our stay, always vehicles on the road at the front and there were people using the stairs late at night due to us staying over the weekend. Therefore it was hard to get a good night sleep. We found the appliances to be old, especially the air conditioning which needs manual intervention to remove the water. Although the neighborhood was quiet it was not well lit and we were on high alert if we're returning during night time. I thought sharing these views not to be critical but to give a true reflection of what we experienced as it had a very high rating when we booked.

Days in Fiorenza

We enjoyed our stay. We were so close to everything, the sights, museums, shopping. It was so convenient. We walked everywhere, even with a 1 year-old! We should have stayed longer!

Family vacation to Florence

Loved staying "Oltrarno" for a more neighborhood experience. Still walkable to city center to see the sights. Location was easy to get to by city tram from Florence train station.

Ein schönes, gemütliches Apartment direkt am Arno gelegen. Wir haben Florenz von hier aus zu Fuß erkundet. Unsere Vermieterin war gut erreichbar und hat uns Tipps gegeben. Bushaltestellen und Supermarkt sind in der Nähe.

Für uns hat es perfekt gepasst. Gute Lage, man ist fix zu Fuß im Zentrum und mit kurzem Fußweg an der Straßenbahn. Supermarkt sehr nah. Hübsche Wohnung mit zwei Bädern. Sehr nette, erreichbare Vermieter.

Pleasant stay on the river

Riverfront location a pleasant 20mins walk to town. Equipped kitchen to enable self catering, lovely view of river and park. Cosy apartment-lovely and warm and good bedding. Unit needs a little TLC/maintenance-Some mould, peeling paint etc. Enjoyed our stay in Florence and quieter end of town.

Florence Stay

Christina was a great host and very helpful. Apartment is located near the Tramvia which gives you access to the Duomo and the historic area. Or you can walk it as well. We are a family of 5 and the place worked well. We would recommend booking here to enjoy all the beauty that Florence has to offer!

Florence stay

Check was easy. Host, Christina,sent a video of property. Communication was always very quick. We were very late due to train strike & they were very understanding!! There were plenty of towels, everything was provided. It was only a 4 minute walk to tram

Would recommend

This place is great for Families of 4 -5. For many reasons. The owner is wonderful, she waited for us to arrive and walked us through the house and what to expect. She is very organized and is available if there are any issues. Each kid had their own bed and really loved having two available toliets. This is needed with large families. We also loved have AC available at night - we happened to be there during a hear wave. The location is amazing- Grociery store less than 3 minutes, the metro 4 minutes, 25 minute walk to Ponte Vecchico. Very easy walk and straight you can't get lost. Also we found many restaurants near by (great Pizza place 3 minutes, many restaurants with really good food and much cheaper than in the center. One place we recommend is the Trattoria Dell Orto. The food was amazing and cheap. One of the best places we ate at in Italy. Our family would stay at Christinas again. Thank you for having us.

Cozy and fairly quiet

The apartment was as advertised. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was convenient. Christina was very helpful and met us there. Location is on the river and a fairly short tram ride from main attractions. Good restaurants nearby.
