  • La suite es justo en la esquina con el Ponte Vecchio, en la orilla del río Oltrarno, en Borgo San Jacopo. El interior es de 70 metros cuadrados (820 pies cuadrados): dos dormitorios con una cama doble (160x200), salón con cocina americana, baño con ducha. Aunque es ideal para dos / cuatro personas, la suite puede acomodar hasta un máximo de cinco personas con su sofá cama (140x200) en la sala de estar. Ropa de cama, fundas de almohadas y toallas del servicio de lavandería profesional. Auto check-in disponible. Wi-Fi y sistema de aire acondicionado se proporcionan. Smart TV con puerta usb.

    Oltrarno es el centro de Florencia, en la orilla izquierda del río Arno. Es la parte más bohemio y artístico de Florencia, donde se respira el ambiente de la auténtica Florencia. Es ideal si usted está buscando un lugar característico que está en el centro pero lejos de las zonas turísticas.
    El barrio está lleno de importantes monumentos: iglesias históricas, parques y museos importantes, como la Galería Pitti, los jardines de Boboli y la iglesia de Santo Spirito.
    El Ponte Vecchio conecta esta zona con el otro lado de la ciudad y de la Galería de los Uffizi, el Palazzo Vecchio y el Duomo están justo en el otro lado. Las calles de la Oltrarno están llenas de tiendas de moda, diseñadores de joyas, talleres artesanales, galerías de arte y mercados típicos. Por la noche la zona está poblada de restaurantes con encanto, cantinas y cafeterías, donde podrá relajarse y degustar especialidades italianas e internacionales.
    Situado en Borgo San Jacopo 6, en la esquina del Ponte Vecchio, en la orilla Oltrarno. Es único por su ubicación y su opinión sobre el Ponte Vecchio.

All items are as described. Fantastic communication from Cristiana. So much help for getting started with our stay in Florence. I would not hesitate to stay here again. View over looking the river is very beautiful. Easy walking to the sites and restaurants.

Phenomenal!

The host was amazing and spent quality time with us at check in. The property is exactly as advertised with all amenities. The location is fabulous with a great view of the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio bridge. I would highly recommend staying in this convenient location.

Stylish apartment in ideal location

We enjoyed a fantastic week in this beautiful apartment. Its location is perfect from which to explore Florence, being so central and also close to Santo Spirito. The views of Ponte Vecchio are stunning! Our hosts were so welcoming and we would love to return.

The property is superbly located right in the heart of Florence. A wonderfully equipped apartment with a fantastic host in Cristian’s who made us most welcome. Everything is within a short walk - highly recommend.

Beautiful view!

It was our first time in Italy and this was a perfect location. We enjoyed watching the people on the Ponte Vecchio and the rowers in the water. The rental worked fine for our family of 4!

Amazing Stay in Florence

The property was well-managed, cleanly, and in a perfect location close to all the main sights and tucked away enough to avoid the crowds and noise. The host has a binder with a lot of excellent tips for the area. If I am lucky enough to travel to Florence again, I will definitely try to stay at this VRBO again!!

Amazing location

Christiana’s apartment is lovely, exactly like the photos. Incredible location and beautiful view. I minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. Right next to shops and a supermarket, very comfortable beds and sofa. Christiana always responds very quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful apartment on the Arno

My second experience staying in an apartment owned by Cristiana. Apartment is lovely and thoughtfully supplied. The location makes it easy to explore both sides of the river. Cristiana is great to work with and provided us with some nice recommendations.

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location!

This apartment is close to everything, but is quiet at night thanks to heavy duty, soundproof windows. We enjoyed listening to the music coming from Ponte Vecchio in the evenings, though!

Best Location in Florence

Super location with a beautiful view of the Pointe Vecchio Bridge and short walk to city centre and all Florence attractions. Apartment was comfortable for all four of us (women) with all conveniences available. We loved listening to the musicians on the bridge from the little terrace.

Home away from home!

This was our first trip to Florence and Cristiana made our stay sooo welcoming. The place is perfect with a view of the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio..close to dining and tourist options. Loved our stay here! Cristiana greeted us when we arrived and bid us farewell when we departed. She even ran to our bus stop on our departure when one of us forgot a cell phone on the side table. I would highly recommend this place. Will stay here if I return to Florence. Gracie Cristiana 🙏

Amazing location!

Steps away from Ponte Vecchio with small balconies right over the Arno, we very much enjoyed watching the various rowing practices, passing party boats, and amazing nightly views of Palazzo Vecchio’s tower with Ponte Vecchio in the foreground. In close proximity to Pitti Palace, Uffizi Gallery, and so much more, access to the sites was easy. We enjoyed listening to the nightly music performances on Ponte Vecchio from the comfort of the couches, and open screened door. Closing the door quieted the rooms nicely. The air conditioning helped cool us off after a warm day out. The washing machine and drying racks kept our clothes clean and dried. Though just one flight of stairs up, the elevator was very needed for my painful knees and for my mom who has difficulty taking stairs. Cristiana met us right on time at the apartment and gave recommendations for eating and groceries, and reserved a taxi for us on departure day. Communications were swiftly answered. A very enjoyable stay we (my husband and my 81 year old mom) recommend highly!

Amazing, amazing, amazing!!!

We had the BEST time staying at this location. The view is the best in Florence right over the Arno River; it felt like you could reach out and touch Ponte Vechio. The checkin process was very easy and the place was extremely clean, spacious, comfortable, and stylish. We would love to stay here again. The host was so knowledgable and worked to accommodate us. The location was beyond perfect and so close to everything--6/5 stars; we had such a great experience.

Great Stay In Florence!!

This is our second time staying at this property in Florence, and we'll be back!! Cristiana has taken great strides to make this apartment a super comfortable "home away from home.." The apartment is close to everything; attractions, shopping and tons of restaurants. Cristiana makes sure the apartment has every amenity needed, and is available through instant message if you have any questions or concerns. Cristiana is the best.

Perfect location with the perfect host. Close to everything and yet very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views of the city and the Ponte Vecchio. Right on the river. Fish jumping and shell racers rowing past. Cristiana, our host was wonderful. Met us at the apartment. Gave us a map notated with awesome recommendations. Do yourself a favor and stay here when visiting Firenze. You will not regret it.

Gem on the Arno

We spent 9 nights at this fabulous location at the end of November. The apartment is extremely comfortable, in a special location, and stylishly decorated. Located on one of the most upscale streets in the Oltrano, It is on the first floor with an elevator. There is an unobstructed view of the Ponte Vecchio and the Santa Trinita Bridges. We also had a view of the spectacular Christmas lights on via Turnabuoni. The apartment is walking distance to all the major historic sights. As we have been to Florence several times, this was less important that walking distance to many great restaurants and bars (in Italy bars serve Italian breakfasts of coffee and pastries) just outside the door of the apartment. The apartment is located on an scale street for very nice restaurants and shopping. The very large grocery store is steps away with semi prepared foods and anything you could possible need for self catering. The owner met us with a very warm welcome upon arrival; Waved our taxi to the correct address (in Florence they have separate numbers for residences and businesses); Helped us bring in our luggage; showed us how to use the facilities (stove, tv, cable, heat, etc.); And recommended some local restaurants and her favorite gelato shop. She was extremely responsive to questions that came up during our stay responding within minutes of our questions. She also arranged for a cab to take us to the airport upon departure and came to help us with luggage when we left. There is a fully equipped kitchen that we mostly used for breakfast and lunch. I felt like the apartment was very well thought out for comfort and convenience. I would highly recommend and look forward to booking this gem of an apartment on our next trip.

Best Location in FLORENCE

We returned to this apartment because of the memories of the comfort and magnificent views but also because there's never enough time to experience all Florence has to offer. Cristiana is so warm and helpful and the apartment is well appointed and very clean. Every need is covered and it is so relaxing to have a home to come back to at the end of a wonderful day of being able to walk anywhere in town. Hopefully this won't be the last time spent here!

Fantastic Location & View
