A wonderful host and a great place. Clean and comfortable. My only suggestion for the host is perhaps to provide some coffee for the guests and a couple of laundry soap pods. These little things make the stay all the much better.

This apartment is an absolute hidden gem. The terrace is by far the highlight but the apartment itself is spacious and adorable. Paola was incredibly sweet and welcoming and made our stay that much better. If you are thinking about this apartment I guarantee you it'll be a great stay.

It’s hard to write this without tears as we say goodbye to this wonderful and amazing place. We know it has been lovingly cared for over many years and has been at the heart of so many family memories.The sound of the bells and the breathtaking view made it difficult to leave each day to explore the city. Lovely apartment to stay in

We loved our stay here. Communication and ease of check in was great. Being pet friendly was one of the biggest bonuses to our stay. Amazing views, comfortable bed/pillows and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would stay here again!

We couldn’t have been happier. Our host Paola showed us the best hospitality upon arrival. We did everything she recommended in the city and are so thankful. The location is great. Easy to jump on the busses. The views are every bit as amazing as the photos. We took full advantage cooking our dinners and enjoying every evening outside. Paola, thank you for everything. We still have on our bracelets and will treasure our time in Florence and meeting you.

This is a great stay in Firenze. Warm welcome by Paula who gave us a lot informations about the area. Great location. Walking distance to the city center (3 km). Bus stop around the corner.

Excellent authentic Florence experience. The rooftop terrace sold us- and the views are incredible!! It does get hot but the evenings are cooler. It’s a bit far to walk to town, but we did it several times, and there are two different bus stops a few blocks away (bus 11&17), one takes you into town, and the other to Santa Maria Novella train station, so it was excellent for us. Paola is so sweet and explained everything to us, and gave us all the best recommendations. Would highly recommend if you want an authentic Firenze experience.

Fabulous Time at Terrace with a View

Came here for work/vacation. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Great if you need to use the buses for transport. Far enough away from the touristy area to give you an authentic experience. Paula is amazing and the view cannot be beat!

Amazing stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The view of the city was incredible. Having the private terrace was a huge bonus. We would definitely recommend staying here! The host was also very communicative and adjusted his schedule to help us check in.

LOVE THIS PLACE!

Loved my stay here. I stayed at several VRBO places in Italy over my 2 week vacation. This was by far my favorite. Off the beaten path of tourists, yet accessible to local sites of interest. The nearby cafes were great as well. The view was superb.

Beautiful Views. Great Location.

Great location with easy access to Florence via the bus system or walking. Beautiful terraces with amazing views of the city and Duomo! Very comfortable and peaceful home, just like coming home! Local bakery, coffee shop and restaurants were all wonderful and friendly.

Property and view were beautiful. Hosts were great. Easy to get around on buses. One suggestion for hosts would be for there to be some bath soap and shampoo for the guests.

Stay in Florence

This was a beautiful place with the most incredible views!!! It just is hard to get taxi's to go into the city and it’s too far to walk. The mother of the owner checked me in and she was so kind and gave great recommendations to go and visit!

Great views great hosts

The balcony views were wonderful. The location is perfect for those who want to be closed to the action but not stay in a quiet local neighborhood. Easy walk or bus ride to everything. The owners were very easy to work with. Gave great advice and a custom map of all of her recommendations

A beautiful stay in Firenze

My fiancée and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. Amazing views from both terraces. The neighborhood was quiet but still had multiple restaurants/bars nearby. Easy 30 minute walk into the heart of Florence. The hosts were friendly and communicative. Would 100% recommend
