The property is superb - extremely modern and comfortable. Ideal location for both seeing Florence itself but also taking the train to other parts of Tuscany on day visits. The host was very attentive and the provisions left in the fridge were much appreciated and enjoyed!

This apartment in Florence had everything we needed and more. The fridge was thoughtfully stocked with enough food and drinks for the first day or two which was greatly appreciated after traveling. Sandy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured we had a wonderful stay. The location was ideal for walking around the city to see all the major tourist attractions. I highly recommend this place!

This property is in a great location. Close to the central area and also very close to the train station which made it very easy as we traveled to other cities within Italy. The property was clean and well stocked, and they even left us some groceries. Although we didn't end up using them, it was a very nice touch. The communication with the property management was amazing.

The unit was well equipped, clean, and the location is ideal. 5 minute walk to the train station. Having a washer in the unit was a big plus for us. The host communicated with us often to make the check in easy and stress free.

The apartment was located close to everything. It was a short walk to all of the sites - only a few minutes walk to the Duomo. The market is conveniently next door. The home has everything you need to be comfortable. We particularly liked the washer, the spacious fancy shower, the air conditioner, and the bed was one of the most we have ever had in a rental. Finally, we appreciated of of the nice breakfast goodies left for us in the refrigerator- it was a nice touch. I highly recommend this apartment - you will not be disappointed.

Had an amazing stay. Excellent location close to everything. Spotlessly clean and the breakfast items in the fridge were greatly appreciated. Supermarket literally next door that came in handy.

Interesting to say the least: clean except bathroom shower, no amenities- bars of soap, shampoo, etc… but great towels and great bed. Kitchen very cute and host was sweet as we had milk, orange juice, and coffee. Extra plus - the electricity goes on and off, mostly stays on! The living room lights would not turn off. A bit loud as you are truly in the city. Worth it? So so place - I wonder that they are new at hosting.

Wonderful Apartment

This apartment was amazing and charming. It has a lot of high end features and extras that make you feel like you are staying in a 5 star hotel. We absolutely loved our stay here. It is also very close to all of the sites we wanted to see.

This apartment is as advertised--beautiful, modern. Great location. Easy to access, close to so many sites, including a terrific restaurant and coffee stop nearby (Bisteca). We enjoyed the space to rest and talk, plus a nice kitchen. Nothing but praise here.

Lovely apartment in great location. Claudio was a great help getting us settled after finding us a bit off course on our way. Property was clean, attractive and convenient (nice restaurant right across the street) and easy walking distance to major attractions. Would stay there again!

Great place and value!

Perfect 1 BR apartment near the train, Duomo and everything else. Fabulous restaurant Osteria del Giglio on the corner (make a reservation). Luigi, the host manager, is very responsive to texts on What’s App. We will stay here again.

Excellent location

Property is exactly as pictured. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed. Love the location, near the train station and the Duomo. Market right next door and restaurants nearby. Central Marker 5 minute walk. Manager very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
