  • El apartamento se encuentra en una de las zonas más bonitas del centro de Florencia, llamada Oltrarno, en un vecindario con muchos restaurantes, tiendas de artesanía y artesanía, y se puede ir caminando a todos los principales monumentos e iglesias.
    Lo que lo hace único e impresionante es la ubicación específica, frente al mar, a lo largo del río Arno y con una vista increíble del Ponte Vecchio, a pocos metros de distancia. Todas las salas de estar, incluido el comedor, dan al río y al "Ponte Vecchio", mientras que las habitaciones se encuentran al otro lado del apartamento.
    Hay 2 dormitorios dobles y un dormitorio individual, cada uno con su propio cuarto de baño, todos con ducha. Hay aire acondicionado en la sala de estar y 2 dormitorios. Hay una sala de lavandería con lavadora, secadora y fregadero.

We loved the listing of this location and it did not disappoint. Host’s property manager was easy to communicate with and answered messages promptly.Air condition was very good for a hot summer. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Florence.

Phillepe was very inviting and friendly. Gave us a great tour of the unit and explained the area to us also. He also sent us some retaurant options that we tried and were very pleased with. The unit itself has good Air conditioning and the showers were a good size with warm water. The Kitchen came with a good selection of items needed to cook and eat.The Location was very close to everything. The furthest item was the Mercato which was a 15-20Min walk. Ponte Vecchio was pretty much at your door step. That being said. It is nice to open the living doors to the river and listen to the music coming from the bridge.

Fabulous location with spacious and comfortable rooms! One of the highlights was opening the doors to the sights and sounds of the ponte vecchio - it was magical. And Massimo was a wonderful host!

Overall we had a very nice stay. What I hadn't realized, and perhaps should have, was the noise level in the evenings. Because the apartment is so close to the Ponte Vecchio where there is live music every night until between 10 and 11 pm, it is very loud. The music was usually quite good, but still, there is no escape from it. The only other negative I have is that we were only given two sets of keys. Since it is a three-bedroom apartment which sleeps five people, it would have been nice to have three sets of keys, so we wouldn't have had to coordinate our comings and goings with each other. We did enjoy the convenient location of being so close to central Florence which is a truly wonderful city.

Absolutely amazing apartment and location exactly as described. My family loved opening the windows overlooking the Arno each morning and watching everyone on the Ponte Vecchio! Restaurants in the area were simply perfect!!

Wonderful apartment on the Arno

We had a wonderful time in Florence. Perfect location, loved being on this side of the Arno. Nightly music on the Ponte Vecchio, surrounded by shops, food, and easy walking distance to all the fabulous things to see in Florence. Check in and check out was super easy.

Large apartment with stunning view
