  • This fabulous apartment is located in the famous Oltrarno district, in the very heart of the city of Florence. Only a 4-5 minute walk to the world renowned Ponte Vecchio and just a stone’s throw from all of the city’s main cultural attractions, it features three bedrooms and three and half bathrooms and can host up to 7 guests (adding a folding bed in one of the bedrooms). A spacious home flooded with natural light and with all modern comforts, making it your ultimate place to stay while in town!

    The apartment, adorned with contemporary art pieces and tapestries, has recently been completely renovated by the owner and features about 160 square meters (1720 sf) of living space. It is located on the 3rd floor of a wonderful historic building in the well known Via Sant'Agostino and comes with an elevator

    - Bedroom 1 with two twin beds, walk-in closet & ensuite bathroom with shower (the bed in this room can be converted into a King upon request)
    - Bedroom 2 with two twin beds (the bed in this room can be converted into a King upon request) and separate bathroom with shower
    - Bedroom 3 with King size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower
    - Powder room
    - Large open space living room and dining room
    - Kitchen, fully furnished with all of the following: gas stove, oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and drip-coffee machines sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, pots/pans and all of the necessary tools for food preparation and cooking
    - Laundry cabinet with washer and dryer
    - Fully air conditioned
    - Satellite TV
    - WiFi
    - Parking facility/garage within 100 meters (fees payable by the hour or daily)

    The apartment is located on the left side of the river Arno, between Piazza Santo Spirito and Piazza del Carmine the most beautiful churches (Cappella Brancacci with Masaccio's frescoes, Brunelleschi's architecture) and squares of the Oltrarno area.

    It is very pleasant to have a coffee sitting in the Santo Spirito square looking at the beautiful Church of Santo Spirito and buy genuine products in the food market that every morning takes place in the square.

    Parking at Garage Fosi (2 min from the apartment), with other Garages in the area.

    15 min drive

    Distance from Peretola Airport: 20-25 min

Wonderful for a Long Stay

With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining and living room, we were able to spread out, relax, and live like locals. A perfect part of town, and a beautifully decorated flat. We would stay again, for sure!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Florence property. The location was superb. The property was very clean and well appointed. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was a big plus for our family. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in and check-out was easy. The hosts were informative, helpful and even booked taxis for us in advance when we left since our flights were early in the morning. We highly recommend this property.

Anna was there to meet us and walk us through everything. It gave us a great start. The place was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Everything was beautiful and clean. We loved having a washer/dryer. We used the dinner table for eat in meals. The fridge was spacious. The beds were comfortable and the location was easy. Loved it!!!

This was a wonderful property in the perfect location. Walking distance to EVERYTHING - markets, restaurants, shopping, culture, art. Apartment had plenty of room and privacy for all staying - great layout, clean, well-decorated and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great for a family

This is a great space for anyone traveling with a family. The building is older, like most places in Florence- but air conditioning worked well and it was quiet and clean. Good restaurants nearby. Was very easy to communicate with the owner to arrange check in and check out etc.
