Belle Donne Apartment está diseñado a gran escala en dos niveles y se encuentra en el cuarto piso de un edificio antiguo con ascensor junto a VIA DELLE BELLE DONNE, justo al lado de Pizza Santa Maria Novella (y por lo tanto, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren). ).

Reformado con buen gusto y amueblado con piezas de diseño sofisticado, tiene capacidad para 6 personas y cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños completos. La entrada se abre a la luminosa sala de estar, que tiene una chimenea decorativa y una gran TV de pantalla plana con canales internacionales. En el comedor encontrarás una gran mesa de comedor para 6 personas. La cocina también se encuentra en este piso y tiene quemadores de gas, microondas, horno eléctrico, licuadora, lavaplatos, tostadora, hervidor, cafetera americana, cafetera exprés y todo el equipo necesario para cocinar. Great location and set up in the heart of Florence

The apartment is well set up for three couples - one bedroom on the first floor has an ensuite with walk in shower, a second bedroom does not have an ensuite but has access to a full bathroom nearby (note shower is a bit small but standard size) the third bedroom is up the stairs also has an ensuite however with two twin beds, and a large ceiling window that can be opened (also has a shade that can be drawn down) - all bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is well stocked and has a dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The in suite clothes washer worked very well and there is a drying rack for drying clothes (did not use the outside clothesline as if items fell off no way to retrieve them). The elevator worked well (limit of 3 persons per trip). We felt the apartment was safe from any intrusions. The apartment is next door to Marione restaurant which was very good.

Great apartment, walkable to everything

Perfect spot for all ages of our group, ranging from 17 to 83. Clean, comfortable accommodations that were right in the heart of Florence. We walked everywhere during our mid-April stay, including back and forth to Santa Maria Novella train station, right around the corner. Great communication and information from the owner/property managers. Only 2 suggestions: 1- to leave instructions for how to use the stove. I found the PDF manual online, but still struggled to figure it out. And 2 - some plug-in mosquito deterrents. It wasn't hot enough for A/C, but leaving the windows open meant tons of bug bites overnight!Didn't phase us much, and neither did the rain. We had a great stay. Thanks for the hospitality.

Relaxing view of the city

Our group enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after exploring Florence. The view of the red tile rooftops is beautiful and you can see the dome of the Duomo. Everything was just as stated - no complaints. Highly recommend.

Ruhiges und zentral gelegenes Apartment direkt an Santa Maria Novella, Aufzug im Haus. TV funktioniert nicht immer, aber es gibt sehr viele Restaurants, Bars, Cafés ringsherum. Betreuung durch Filipo funktioniert. Markthalle, San Lorenzo, Palazzo Vecchio, alles fußläufig ca. 10-15 min.

Six night stay in Firenze with 6 adults.

Apartment is a well renovated old apartment near centre of Firenze, walking distance from train station. Apartment has well appointed modern kitchen, new appliances. One bedroom has ensuite bathroom, upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom, and third bedroom uses bathroom on main floor. All bathrooms have showers. Check-in was easy, we were met at apartment and given a tour and information about the area. Good communication with property manager. We are all 60+ in age and we’re able to walk to all the major historic sites, museums, restaurants and shopping. Grocery store close by. Prime location. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great location and view

The place was nice. We loved the American coffee maker and full size dishwasher. It was nice having a washer and lift to the fourth floor. The furniture needs a good cleaning especially the couch which is filthy. New pillows are needed as they are flat. I would definitely stay there again if the furniture is clean. Lovely place otherwise.

good for 2 people - not 2 couples

Bathrooms on first floor were marginal. We used both, but one alone would not have been adequate. Second floor bedroom had 2 separated twin beds not suitable for a couple, but good for kids. there was a good ensuite bathroom. Property manager was excelent and responsive.

Four nights in Florence

We stayed in this unit four nights during our recent visit to Florence. It was a spectacular rental property in great condition, beautifully furnished, very comfortable air-conditioning, all the necessary amenities, and had a great location close to all the sites. We could not have been happier with our choice and would definitely stay there again. What made the experience truly incredible was the very attentive and gracious host, Francesca, who was by far the best host we have encountered at any other previous rental property. She was amazing, and so is the unit. We hope to return to Florence and would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay in Florence

This condo was a in great location and well maintained. It was very clean and well equipped. The property manager, Francesca very nice and accommodating. Sitting in the family room with a view of the Duomo was a special treat. The Tram to the airport was a close walk and easy. There were great restaurants and shopping right out side the door. It was on the 4th floor with an elevator. Definitely recommend.

Perfect in every way!

From our initial arrival and meeting with Francesca (our check-in greeter and location ambassador), the apartment and amenities are perfect to add to the perfect location. Wonderful apartment in perfect location

Just returned from a weeklong stay in Florence and can't wait to go back and stay in this same apartment. Francesca met us at check in and was super friendly and helpful then and throughout the week, helping us find Covid testing, ordering an airport taxi for us, etc. The apartment is very central to everything but also very quiet and peaceful, a perfect combination. It is on the fourth floor so you have the option of taking the elevator, or the stairs for a nice workout! there is a beautiful view of the duomo outside the living room. It is a clean, tasteful, lovely space and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely recommend!
