The apartment is stragically located in the historical centre of Florence, in front of Train Station, at the fourth floor with elevator, can accommodate a family of up to a maximum of 6 people.

The apartment is just a ten minutes' walk from all the most important attractions the city has to offer: Congress Palace, Exhibition Center, Piazza Duomo, Galleria degli Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and many more.

There's also a great choice of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, delicatessens, a mini market and much more, all close by.

Florence Peretola international airport (FLO) is 23 minutes away byTram or taxi and the Santa Maria Novella train station is just a 30 meters. Taxi Station is a 20 meters; Shuttle to/from Pisa Airport (PSA) is a 30 meters.

Just renovated, the apartment offers all the comforts like
a light airy living room with comfortable sofa and sofa-double bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a King-sized bed with spacious balcony, a second bedroom with two single beds, large storage / wardrobe area and two bathrooms, both with shower.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, electric owen, dish washer machine, stove with four gas burners, toaster, electric kettle, american and espresso mocha coffee.

Other services: TV, air conditioning, internet wi-fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, heating system.

The apartment is light and airy with panoramic view on square station and Santa Maria Novella Church. It's approx 100 square metres in size.

We loved the apartment! 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, Lots of room and very nicely furnished. Right across from the main train station. Near great restaurants and groceries. Short walk to all the attractions.While it can be a little noisy from traffic, it is no worse than any other place near the tourist areas. Alberto and his wife made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Very well equipped and very safe. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. We based our vacation in Florence and used the trains for day trips in Tuscany. Having the apartment close to the train station was a plus. There was no extra noise from the traffic around the station. The communication with Alberto and his daughter Laura was fantastic. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This was our second time staying at the property and will not be the last! We highly recommend this property. The apartment is wonderful and in a great location. It is centrally located and walkable to many of the city’s sites and highlights! It’s easy to navigate from the train station. The host is very approachable, responsive and accommodating. This is the second group of women that I have been a part of that stayed in the apartment. It is safe, clean and comfortable to stay in especially with traveling with 6 women! We will return! Thank you again Alberto!!

Santa Maria Novella stay

The apartment was very comfortable. The place seems to have been recently updated which makes everything convenient. The apartment was clean and well stocked. It was hot in Firenze during our visit and the air conditioners were working properly. The shutters were great in keeping the heat out during the day and the lights out at night. It was also convenient being across the street from the train station. Alberto was a great host right from when we booked the property. He was very accommodating, showed us where the nearest grocery store is, and even told us of events happening in the city during our stay. We had a great time!

Can I leave 6 out of 5 stars?

THANK YOU Alberto! He was helpful as we planned the trip, he gave a thorough tour of the apartment, and he went above and beyond when we were in Milan...but realized our passports were still in the apartment safe. Also our two favorite Florence dinners were at the restaurants he recommended. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We visited Florence for one week. The apartment was perfect for two couples.We took two train trips to other towns and the location across from the station was so convienent. Around the corner was a well stocked grocery, and we were able to walk to see the sights. Alberto was super responsive to our questions, and even arranged for a cab to the airport(at 4am)We all agreed that this was the perfect place for our Florence visit.

Spectacular!

We were in Italy on a family vacation in April 2025, renting apartments in Rome, Florence and Bologna. This property, location and host were THE BEST! First of all, the apartment itself was spacious and modern. It had all of the amenities to make our stay more comfortable, including a washer/dryer which was very useful. Second, we loved the location - directly across the train station. Lastly, our host Alberto was fantastic: responsive, helpful, kind, respectful. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and would be happy to stay here in the future.

Amazing location, hosts, and property

This was a very quiet, clean, comfortable apartment with everything we needed to make our vacation easy and stress free. Alberto was an amazing host - very accommodating and accessible. Lots of suggestions for our stay. Apartment is on the top floor on a gated area. Lift super accessible - never a wait. Highly recommend!!!
