Borgo San Jacopo - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

Finely furnished refined apartment in a central location. It is located on the second floor of a typical historic Florentine building with an elevator, a few steps from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio.   It can accommodate up to 2 people.   It consists of a bedroom with a double bed. It has a large bathroom with shower, elegant living area with dining table, kitchen equipped with dishes, utensils, refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. The apartment is equipped with wifi connection and washing machine.   A set of towels and bed linen available to each guest. Located in a dynamic and lively neighborhood, within walking distance of major tourist attractions.   Close to the main services, restaurants and typical shops. The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. You can park in a private garage nearby.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).

Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature. . Excellent location in Florence a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio bridge and all the sights one comes to Florence to see. Very well maintained and clean apartment. Some street noise at night but it would be hard to find a place in the historic center that doesn't. Good communication with greeter at check-in.

This apartment was wonderful. Very clean, lots of space and just comfortable. The only issue would be that it is not loght and bright like some of the pics show. The location is excellent with everything you might want to see about a 10 minute walk. Very close to Ponte Vecchio bridge. Restaurants everywhere and a few good choices right on the block. It is a busy area and we always felt safe at night. We would definately stay there again. Kathy and Mike Long

The microwave didn't work. No paper towels and only 1 hand towel for the week. They provided a nespresso maker with NO pods! We had to buy toilet paper because they only left 1 half used roll for the week. Do better people!

Our stay in Florence was absolutely unforgettable! The apartment we booked was perfect in every way—beautifully kept, comfortable, and right in the heart of the city. The location made it so easy to walk to all the sights, yet the neighborhood still felt peaceful and authentic. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to experience the magic of Florence. Truly a gem—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Not quite what we expected.

Everything was okay. We felt the listing misrepresented to light and spaciousness of the property. The photos were suggestive of a more spacious apartment. It was well equipped and clean. The host was very helpful and easy to contact.

The apartment is in an excellent location. There is some street noise so there are ear plugs in the bedroom. I noticed a couple things needed whe I checked in and they arranged for them to be delivered quickly. The one only issue I would say that basics like shampoo and a roll of paper towels were not there. I had some and bought some so it worked out but usually there are a bit more supplies in the places I have rented. Bed is very comfortable. The management company was very responsive.
