Beautiful and elegant apartment of 90 s.m. at one step from the Duomo. .
In the heart of the historic centre, from Michelangelo's David, Ponte Vecchio and all the wanders of Florence!
Apartment tastefully renovated where you can live in a pleasant atmosphere of a mix of ancient and modern Florentine style.
It is situated at the 4th floor, with lift, of an ancient building. On the roof top , at the 6th floor, you can visit a breathtaking terrace, with a wonderful panorama where you can take the best pictures! The terrace is not directly attached to the apartment and its use is not exclusive.
MASTER BEDROOM .. ... spacious bright bedroom warm and quiet , with large ceiling, furnished with a very comfortable queen size bed ( that can also become a double if required) with beautiful linen and bedcover. The ancient wardrobe and the furniture give the room the elegance of the classic Florentine style. The double windows with vacuum insulating glazing help your sleep come soon! Fully air-conditioned and heated.
ENSUITE BATHROOM… a marble green and white niche with a large glass shower, soft towels and courtesy set for your first night.
TWIN BEDROOM … small but bright and delicately decorated with wall stripes, this bedroom has two very comfortable single beds also furnished with elegant linen and bedcovers.
BATHROOM …in marble, spacious and bright with shower and heated towel track.
LIVING ROOM… a pleasant and hospitable atmosphere, a mix of ancient and modern with beautiful antiques, pictures, art books and a large comfortable sofa-bed. Satellite television. Air-conditioning.
KITCHEN...elegant dining area with a fully equipped kitchen; dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers!

SOMETHING TO KNOW
I would like to remind you that, if you arrive to Florence by car the most part of Florence city center is a traffic limited area which means that there are many restrictions and limitations. There is a private garage at 5 minutes from my apartment (https://www.garagedelleterme.it), they come within few minutes to pick your car up or you can go directly there. Ask me for information.

My husband and 2 kids (9 and 15) stayed for several nights, and we absolutely loved Florence. The location of this apartment was fantastic - half block from the Duomo and in the middle of all the wonderful shopping. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. It was adequately heated (it was cold in Florence at the time!) and the shower in the primary suite was fantastic. There was a washer (no dryer), which we used multiple times along with a lift that went all the way to the bottom floor (no stairs!), which was great for luggage and for my tired feet. Communication with the host was excellent, and they even left us a little treat for breakfast the next morning. One thing to note is that the TV was small and not a smart TV, so we were not able to get to our Netflix account when we were exhausted from touring. But, that was a minor inconvenience. Overall, I would 100% stay at this apartment again and highly recommend it!

Lovely apartment with beautiful furnishings and comfortable spaces. The location was in the heart of Florence, and the washing machine was a bonus. I just wish there were a few additional kitchen items to ease snack and meal times for a family. More hand towels, napkins, and a saucepan would be ideal.

Alessandra is very responsive and helpful. She met us upon arrival. The apartment is very nice. Modern bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Plenty o space for the four of us. The location is super for anyone wishing to walk to almost every key site in the heart of Florence. Recommend to anyone and will stay here again should we return.

Perfect apartment near the Duomo

This was our first time to Florence and I cannot wait to return, and stay once again in this most perfect apartment. A safe and central location with all of the things needed for a most comfortable stay. Our host was so kind and the various “creature comforts” were very thoughtful. I cannot recommend more highly.

Absolutely perfect stay! This flat in the Duomo area of Florence was everything we hoped for and more — the location couldn’t be better, just steps from all the major sights. Perfect Florence Oasis

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandra’s lovely apartment. It is in the heart of the city and we loved being able to take the many breaks in the middle of our tourist/shipping activities to recharge! Alessandra was amazing with giving us tips on where to eat, etc. She was very easy to communicate with. We hope to come back to Florence and stay again in this home. This was by far our favorite VRBO stay. Thanks for all your help Alessandra!

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Florence

My family and I stayed here for 4 days and loved having a place right in the middle of all the action. The location is a block away from the Santa Maria del Fiore and the Piazza Della Repubblica making it easy to head back to during the middle of the day for a rest.Great communication from Alessandra. Everything went smooth and easy. Would happily stay here again in the future.

Outstanding location and accommodation

The apartment’s location was extraordinary in being a half block from the Duomo and within a comfortable 10-15 minute walk to the Galleria dell’Academia and Uffizzi. Similarly, it is about a comfortable 15 minute walk from the Firenze S.M. Novella train station. (The stone sidewalks make wheeled suitcases more challenging - a small price to be paid when staying in cities with history.) The apartment is located on the fourth floor and is serviced by a small elevator. It was very comfortable, charming and well appointed. Everything we could have needed was there, e.g., Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, washing machine. Given its location, the apartment was quite spacious and remarkably quiet. There are supermarkets and a plethora of restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. The host, Alessandra, was very organized and responsive to our requests. She made our visit very easy. In summary, I unreservedly would recommend the apartment for tourists wanting to be in a very comfortable, prime location in Florence.

Amazing Florence experience

We recently stayed at this amazing apartment in Florence, and it was the PERFECT home base for exploring the city. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to major attractions like the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery. There were plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, which made it easy to enjoy the local culture. The apartment itself was cozy and well-maintained, with all the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable, and the living area was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Having a washing machine was also a huge bonus. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Alessandra was exceptionally responsive and friendly, providing detailed instructions for check-in and even offering some great tips for things to do around the city. Her hospitality made us feel very welcome. One of the best experiences with a Host that we have ever had. We would absolutely stay here again! Cheers!
