The apartment is available only for mid- to long-term stays (minimum 30 nights), ideal for students or professionals. Bright and comfortable, with all amenities for extended stays and a private outdoor space.



The Space:

The apartment is bright and functional, located on the ground floor and furnished to ensure comfort even during long stays.



It is arranged into three main areas: an open-plan living space, a spacious bedroom with a large wardrobe area, and a private outdoor space.



The living area features a comfortable double sofa bed, smart TV, and high-speed fiber-optic internet, ideal for relaxing or working remotely.



The kitchen is fully equipped, while the bathroom includes a shower and washing machine.



The double bedroom is spacious and designed for both comfort and practicality.



The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing or safely storing a bicycle, an ideal solution for getting around Florence.



Located in the Gavinana district, just outside the historic center, the apartment is easily accessible by car, public transport, or bicycle.



Guest Access:

Access to the apartment is not via self check-in. On the first day of the stay, an in-person walkthrough is scheduled, during which the apartment is shown and the main facilities are checked.



At the end of the meeting, a personal numeric code is provided to access the apartment.



For security reasons, an external camera may be installed, positioned only at the apartment entrance and not inside the apartment.

The camera does not record interior spaces or private areas and is used solely to protect the property and guests, in full compliance with privacy regulations.



Other Things to Note:

This apartment is designed for mid- to long-term stays only (minimum 30 nights) and is not suitable for short tourist stays. The apartment is intended exclusively for medium- to long-term stays (minimum 30 nights) and is not suitable for short-term tourist stays.



After the booking, it is mandatory to sign a lease agreement and to pay the registration tax, equal to 2% of the rental amount, plus the stamp duties required under Italian law.



The apartment is located on the ground floor, which makes it easily accessible. Being in a residential area, guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours and the condominium rules, especially during evening and night time.



Utilities, internet, and basic household equipment are provided to ensure a comfortable long-term stay. The apartment is intended for residential use, ideal for professionals, students, or temporary relocations.



At check-in and check-out, meter readings (electricity, gas, and water) will be recorded.

Utilities are included for normal use of the apartment.

Any excessive consumption (e.g., continuous use of air conditioning/heating or intensive usage) will be charged separately based on actual consumption.



Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor area.

Pets are not allowed.



Guests are required to comply with Italian regulations regarding registration and documentation upon arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

The apartment is intended for mid- to long-term stays. Throughout the stay, guests will have a dedicated contact available remotely for assistance, information, and support, while ensuring autonomy, privacy, and a constant point of contact.



Our office guarantees prompt responses via email, chat, and phone from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Sunday. Outside these hours, we respond only to emergencies via phone or chat.



Inside the apartment you will find pots, pans, and everything needed for cooking. For legal reasons, we cannot provide food items, but we will be happy to recommend nearby supermarkets and local shops.
