Words cannot express how wonderful this property and the host are. The apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious, with all the necessary amenities, and in the perfect location near the city center. The neighborhood is quaint, located very near the tram, with two supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a wonderful pasticceria nearby. Leonardo is a phenomenal host who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have a perfect stay and are well taken care of. When we return to Florence, we will not consider staying anywhere else.

Wonderful time in Florence

We rented this property based on the amazing reviews and it didn't disappoint. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. Unlike most VRBOs we have rented, it is actually nicer than the pictures. Leonardo met us promptly at the property and provided great information. It is a 3 minute walk to the tram stop and 10 minutes to get into the city center. It was nice to be so close to the action but in a bit quieter neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, spices, etc. We would stay here again if we get a chance to return to lovely Firenze!

Amazing house with an amazing host!

We really wish we would have stayed longer in this apartment. Leonardo met us at the tram spot and walked us to his place with delightful conversation. He was extremely kind and helpful and just a joy to be with. He told us the history of the house, had chilled bottle water, a bottle of wine (although we don’t drink it was a nice gesture) and a little welcome note waiting for us as well. As for the house, it’s absolutely stunning. Lots of room, beautiful architecture, safe area, close to a great grocery store, close to the tram stop, nice restaurants near by…just the most perfect spot for our family of 6. I give this apartment and Leonardo my highest endorsement. Leonardo is maybe the nicest host we have ever met in all our travels.

Florence - too short a trip

Wonderful stay - apartment was perfect for our family of 5, would comfortably accommodate 6 adults. Rooms and beds in immaculate condition and comfortable. Air-con in all rooms. Location great with easy links to city centre and train station. Leonardo was an amazing host with great communication and recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants.

Amazing Host!

Leonardo was a wonderful host! He met us at the metro stop and told us all about the accommodations, location, and things around the area. He was very communicative and welcoming, checking in with us multiple times during our stay. It was a fabulous stay in Florence before we boarded a seven day cruise!

Leonardo and Tina House Florence offered a fabulous stay! Such a convenient location just outside the city center in a quiet neighborhood and nearby to the tram or bus stop into the city. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and a grocery next door. Perfect for our family of five, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, bottled water and bottle of Prosecco to welcome us!! Well stocked kitchen and espresso available. We could have stayed for a week! Washer with covered clothes lines came in so handy in the middle of our three week trip. I can’t recommend this property and host more highly! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Leonardo, we hope to stay again one day!!

AMAZING stay!

We had such an amazing time at Leonardo’s accommodation. We were a group of 6 girls on vacation. Leonardo went above and beyond to help us when needed and gave great information and recommendations for the city. The space itself was extremely clean, the bedrooms are the largest we’ve seen in Italy on our trip thus far. There is a spacious bathroom and as a group of 6 we had absolutely plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. It is a 5 minute easy walk to the bus and lots of shops around. Leonardo is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had and I would recommended him and his space 100%. Florence was our favorite part of Italy and this stay and Leonardo’s kindness were a big factor there! Thank you Leonardo!

Lovely stay in Florence

We had a wonderful stay at Tina House in Florence. The location was easily accessible and quiet. We ate several meals there and the kitchen set-up met all of our needs; we even did some laundry. Our kind and thoughtful host, Leonardo, was amazing. He answered all of our questions within minutes, provided suggestions for local places to eat as well as some less-common museums we might enjoy visiting. We would absolutely stay at Tina House again when we next visit Florence.

Perfect Place

Everything about the Tina house is fantastic. Very clean, spacious, has everything you could ever need. Plus great restaurants close by and the best Gelato spot we visited. Easy access from the Train station and super convenient to Florence and all attractions. The owner gave us many recommendations that helped us find our way through the many museums, sights. He was always spot on, and easy to contact. Our experience could not have been any better!

Perfect place to stay

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment and its host, Leonardo! The apartment is spacious, the beds were comfortable, and there was even a charming balcony that looked out onto a shared terrace/backyard. Because it is just outside the center of Florence (a quick train or taxi ride, and also a lovely walk if you want to see more of the city as you go into the center), it is quiet and peaceful. There is an excellent gelateria a 10-minute walk away in one direction, and a wonderful pasticceria about seven minutes in another direction. Most importantly, Leonardo was extremely solicitous and responsive to messages, and gave us several exceptional recommendations for food and activities. We would love to stay here again of we are lucky enough to return to Florence! If I could give more than five stars, I would.

The property is 15-20 minutes from the S.M.N. Train Station by walking and tram, which is another 10 minutes from the tourist sites of the Piazza del Duomo etc The lack of furniture in the living area meant the only place to socialize was around the kitchen table. The well stocked kitchen amenities and clothes washer were great. It’s inconvenient to have to meet at a fixed time to get the keys and a better arrangement for key pick up is needed.

We had a great experience staying at Tina House in Florence. The accommodations were wonderful. Very comfortable beds. Extremely thoughtful and kind host. The location is excellent. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but just a short train ride away of all major sites. The train station is a quick walk from the apartment and very easy to use. If I were to return to Florence I would definitely try to book this place again.

Highly recommend

We had to book this apartment in a hurry when our other Florence VRBO apartment fell through. It worked out perfectly, Leonardo who met us was super helpful and the place was great. Lots of room, everything you need for a stay, right around the corner from the tram to the center. It turns out we were lucky our initial VRBO fell through, because this place was much better. We will definately stay here again, if available, our next trip to Florence.

Lovely stay in Florence

We arrived later than we had expected and Leonardo was very accommodating. Leonardo was super helpful when we checked in: he sowed is how everything works and where to find things. To our delight we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco and a bunch of cold waters. It was so very nice. The apartment had everything we needed and more. We cooked one evening and found oil and spices already there. There is a nice bar on the same block for a night cap and the grocery store is also very close and has everything you might need. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Leonardo!!

Amazing Property!!

This property was perfect for us. First and foremost it was very clean and spacious. There is also a washing machine which was very nice to do our laundry after 7 days of travel. It is located in a quiet residential area but close to all of the main attractions. The balcony overlooking a garden area was a very nice quiet place to relax in the mornings and evenings Last but certainly not least is the Owner, Leonardo was very responsive to our every need, he spent a lot of time with us explaining everything about the property. 5 star property with a 5 star owner!!! We will rent this property again when we return to Florence!!

Relaxing Stay

We recently spent four days in July at this property, it was a wonderful experience. My family enjoyed the good size bedrooms in addition to the eat in kitchen and additional living room area. After a long day of sightseeing, this property allowed everyone to recharge and relax. The apartment included updated amenities with air conditioning, a fully stocked kitchen, and a quaint second story balcony. This location is about 1.5 miles from downtown Florence. The nearest train stop is two blocks away; it’s an efficient option that allows downtown access in 10 minutes. The neighborhood is family oriented with easy walking access to the local grocery store, café’s, a pharmacy and restaurant options. The area is convenient without the additional noise and congestion of downtown Florence. Leonardo is an excellent host, he took the time to explain the apartment features, provided restaurant recommendations and proactively checked in with us throughout our stay. We have rented many VRBO properties over the years, this was one of the best. Would highly recommend this property.

Outstanding rental and host!

Our family of 5 stayed for 4 nights and we had an amazing stay! The 3 bedrooms are large, are decorated beautifully and have incredibly comfortable beds. The kitchen is modern, well- appointed, and stocked with everything we needed. The host provided so many extras including 6 large bottles of cold water, a bottle of wine, hair dryer, flat iron, iron and ironing board, paper towels, toilet paper, full bottle of shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, and more! We were extremely comfortable throughout our stay. It was a great location as we were away from the crowds and noise of Florence in a quiet neighborhood near a Coop grocery store (which was quite handy for our family) and a great neighborhood pizzaria (Zero Zero). The tram in/out of downtown Florence was quick and easy to navigate. The best part of this rental was the kindness and attention that we received from our host (Leonardo)! Leonardo responded to all our questions quickly both prior and during our stay. He warmly greeted us at the tram station, walked us to the apartment and made sure we were settled in comfortably. Leonardo was so nice and was truly an exceptional host that made us feel right at home- we left Florence feeling as if we gained a new friend! PS- you can walk to the Stibbert Museum from this apartment- it is an INCREDIBLE museum- well worth your time!

The updated apartment was charming, well appointed and well stocked. The host, Leonardo went above and beyond the duty of house manager. He was very welcoming, helpful and very responsive. Cinque stelle più che meritate, nulla da dire per quanto riguarda ospitalità e accoglienza, Leonardo è stato super simpatico e sempre disponibile; Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto pulito e profumato, si nota l'attenzione ai dettagli sia dall'arredamento, sia dalla cucina, fornita di tutto; La zona è molto tranquilla, per nulla caotica; e anche se si trova un po' fuori dal centro storico, è ben collegata tramite la linea tranviaria, che ti porta in centro in 5 minuti. Non possiamo che consigliare di soggiornare a Tina House; grazie ancora Leonardo per l'ospitalità, speriamo di rivederci presto!

Best place yet!

Leonardo kept in good contact with me before, during, and after our stay. The apartment is beautiful and spotlessly clean thanks to Erica who let us in early to drop off our luggage so we could explore unencumbered. We were a party of five so the three bedrooms worked out perfectly. We were able to cook in the fully appointed kitchen if we chose. The tram stop is a short two blocks away and takes you to city center for only €1.50. Thank you Leonardo! Hope to see you again one day.

Great apartment close enough to the action. Easy tram to historic part of Firenze

Brilliant. Leonardo met us at the apartment, helped with check in, orientation and parking at the garage close by. Very helpful host. This apartment is great for a family or friends travelling together. Very well equiped for self catering if you want. Could happily spend a week or two there as a base.

Our trip to Italy was a bit last-minute, so most of the lodging options were booked. Tina House looked good in the listing but there were no reviews as of yet, so that always adds a bit of uncertainty. Happily the apartment and our host, Leonardo, were nearly perfect! It turns out we were the first renters for the unit on VRBO. The apartment is immaculate and perfectly suited for a family, with three bedrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped (including an espresso maker) and includes all needed cooking supplies, including spices, oil, etc. Internet is blazingly fast. Tina House is in a quiet neighborhood a bit outside of the historical district. There's a large grocery store down the street and many restaurants and bakeries. The apartment is only two blocks from a tram line so it is quick and easy to get to the train station, central Florence, or the airport (slightly longer walk to a different tram line). Leonardo met us with keys and to explain everything we needed to know, and remained available for any other assistance or recommendations we required. I can't recommend Tina House more highly!
