"Our experience was consistent with previous reviews. Location is ideal. Easy entrance into main attraction area and with rooms off an interior courtyard property is super quiet at night.
Rooftop terrace is ideal. Relaxing, great cocktails and a perfect way to end a day sightseeing in the crowds of Florence.
We didn't realize the restaurant is not open for dinner. Breakfast was crowded, food ok.
Overall a nice property."

Would recommend the hotel and would stay there again should i visit Florence.

"The staff were outstanding.
Got there 2 hours early to drop our cases and the receptionist found a room so we were able to check in early.
Very good location, quiet but close to centre and breakfast was amazing. Lovely touch having a coffee machine in our large and airy room.
Bathroom products smelt wonderful, apparently they are specially made for the hotel.
Would definitely stay here again."

"This property is very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were very pleased with our stay.
One thing to note is that our room was equipped with a portable air conditioning system. It worked well, but would start with a rattle."

"Beautiful hotel in a calm yet centrally located building. It is a renovated convent and it’s beautiful, and the neighborhood has a lot of local restaurants and shops and is great to walk around. It is a 15 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. The room was a little bit but normal for European hotels."

"Despite receiving confirmation of our stay following the booking process, we received a message the night before our stay at the Five Suites saying we must pay our tourist tax before arrival - our confirmation clearly stating that this tax should be paid at the property (presumably on arrival). Further, the message said that we would receive instructions on how to pay, which were not forthcoming! I called Expedia that evening to complain and spoke to a young man, but he was unable to get hold...

"This hotel is well located to the train station and a quick walk to everything you would want. The hotel itself is very dark. Dark grey walls, dark wood. It is not modern at all. Breakfast was fine. Linens were good but the hotel itself is kind of depressing. One of my friends had a terrible experience as her room was located above where the hotel empties the sewage and the smell went i to her room. Hotel did nothing to help her. "

"Fabulous! If I could give them ten stars I would. Our room was beautiful and immaculate; so comfortable I wanted to move in and live there. Breakfast was amazing; a feast for the eyes as well as the palatte. What really stood out was the staff. Every person from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, kind, and helpful in every way. I want to say we were treated like royalty, but it's more accurate to say we were treated like family. If I ever make it to Florence again I will...

"Renovated hotel, extremely clean, comfy queen and single beds. Easy access to the terminal. No regrets! The reception is on the hotel in front of the Fiume, but the lady was quickly. We kept our luggage on the storage room after checkout. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a simple but still comfortable place."
