"Great location that's an easy walk downtown and property is charming. The outdoor patio is very relaxing. For the three days we were there, the same half pot of cold coffee sat in the lobby and the fire pits were not turned on at night. Our room was also never serviced though daily service was claimed. Great presentation, slightly lacking in execution. "

When we asked for additional towels, we were informed that they could not be provided due to a shortage at that time. This situation is unacceptable. "

"I read reviews that thought it was great for the price so booked it, but I wouldn't recommend. The toilet WAS NOT clean and the person who used it was obviously ill. The room is otherwise clean, nice tv. Bed is so so. Train noise, highway noise, ac is loud. Some rooms still under contruction so ends of the hallway weree filled with supplies and broken furniture. "

"We only stayed one night, but we were looking for a hotel with character; something other than a chain hotel along the interstate. The location in the downtown area was great for easy walking through the surrounding area. The room was clean and comfortable. We liked the energy of the hotel with the adjoining club with the live band. We had been doing a lot of hiking prior to staying at the hotel. The jetted tub was perfect for helping us recover. We really enjoyed our stay."
