"I asked for my hotel folio as I was
Leaving and I was told the Expedia would provide that to me. A day later I still don’t have the folio. Why is it so hard to get a receipt for a hotel stay? No where else do I experience this issue. Why now?"

"We stayed here because of its convenient location near the business centre. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness. I found dozens of Q-tips and tissues that had not been cleaned up under the sofa bed. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was decent, but the housekeeping could definitely be improved."

"We loved our stay at this beautiful and historic B&B!. There are several common rooms downstairs for sitting/chatting/reading. We ended up playing a Scrabble game they had available. The soft classical music in the background was a nice touch. They had tea, coffee & little treats/snacks available the whole stay. Our room felt clean & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We were equipped with all the basic amenities needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious! We would stay again."
