"El hotel está ubicado entre la naturaleza, todo lo que ves es hermoso, son cabañas , todo limpio y perfecto , las personas son muy amables, ahí mismo venden tickets para el Parque Nacional Zhianjiajie. Te llevan y te recogen en la entrada del parque. Nosotros solicitamos que fueran por nosotros al aeropuerto y también nos llevaron a la estación de tren. La comida es deliciosa, también tiene un bar , albercas. "

Breakfast was delicious with great local options, and the free shuttle to the park made everything so easy. "Wonderful place with a wonderful owner. We were here in December and in that time of the year, be prepared to have warm clothes. As in every house around, you wear warm clothes inside as well. No central heating but AC in the rooms. The owner of the place is very helpful and everything can be solved thanks to a translation device/application, good mood and patience. "The hotel is in an excellent location, closed to lots of restaurants and with an amazing view of the river. But what really stood out was the arte and help received from K, who took the time to explain in minute details everything I had do to on K visit to the National Park and even was so kind to take care of all the bookings for me, which made my trip a lot easier and enjoyable. Thank very much for everything and I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Wulingyuan."

"Version française : L’hôtel Pullman Zhangjiajie est très bien situé pour visiter les montagnes d’Avatar. Il se trouve dans la zone où les guides et les agences viennent récupérer les voyageurs, ce qui est vraiment pratique. En revanche, l’hôtel en lui-même est assez basique et ne correspond pas vraiment au standing annoncé. La chambre était simple, et je recommande de bien demander une chambre non-fumeur, car j’ai senti de la fumée dans les couloirs. Pour moi, c’est surtout un point de passage...

"The location near the West gate of the National Forest Park is perfect. The english speaking front desk Eason, was super attentive from the initial greeting, advice on the park, drop offs at the gate (although only a short walk) taking us to the ticket gate etc. We can not speak more highly of the service. The food was excellent and the room super."

"Great place, well located near of the park east entrance (10 mins walk). Spacious room and room amenities (just be careful with the step next to the bed). Special mention to the hotel manager/concierge and staff. Helpful attentive and knowledgeable about the area and really valuable help in organizing your days ( special mention to Sunny….
